Aqua Dental was amazing. After an appointment issue with my previous dentist Aqua not only got my son in today, they were friendly, helpful with insurance and fast. We were in and out in a little over an hour. My son enjoyed the visit (after x-rays 😂) and everyone who made eye contact enteracted with him and reassured him that he was doing great. Highly recommend!

Finally got my temp crown put on. I only cried once or twice, not their fault, I have severe anxiety. Had to stop several times for panic attacks, which they were so amazingly patient for. insisting I was doing great, even tho I'm sure I was an irritating nightmare, lol. But the Dr was amazing, the hygienists, Rebecca and Gayle were super… amaze-balls! Great personalities and really helped me out. even Rachel at the front desk was so sweet and open and uplifting. they opened up about their lives as we talked about mine, which was a great calming by distracting me, technique lol. I appreciate the genuine and caring response Dr. Tukdi provided to address my concerns. His willingness to hear and respond to me as a patient led me to give Aqua Dental a second chance. It was the best choice I could have made! I have been back in his and his team's care and have been blessed by their excellent professionalism. I have been intermittently going to Aqua Dental for approximately 3 years. I had bonding done on one my teeth 2 years ago which broke almost immediately after and was then repaired. That repair lasted for 2 years until recently when a small portion chipped off leaving me with a jagged edge on my tooth. When I saw the dentist today, he essentially made the problem worse during his exam and then offered nothing to try to help me, other than having to pay for crowns which would take 3 weeks. I have to give Aqua Dental 10 stars but there is only five. On a Saturday I was in lots of pain and I did not have an appointment. A lot of Dental clinics are not open on Saturday and the ones that are do not take walkins. Dr. Tukdi
instructed them to fit me into his schedule. On Sunday I had a problem at Walmart with the prescription and Dr.Tukdi called them and got the problem solved. All the employees were professional and service was over the top. Dr.Tukdi knows how to calm you down and give after treatment information for a successful recovery. Dr. Tukdi even got a fly hair cut. Facility

What a friendly experience, coming from someone that fears the dentist more than their own mother. The staff at the Pearland location was nothing but friendly and helpful. I even got a mask and a little toothbrush goodie bag (how nice I know). I'm very pleased with their service and would advise anyone who doesn't quite like the dentist just like me to definitely go to Aqua dental they will change your whole mindset !

I'm not going to lie; it's been a few years since my last cleaning due to horrible encounters with my previous dentist so you can imagine how anxious After filling out my paperwork, Kayla (I believe that's her name) walked me back to get my X-ray done. Let me just say that Kayla was super sweet and really helped me ease my mind! She even went into the room and checked on me when I was getting my cleaning done. I went in. It took them forever to take pictures of my teeth. Then the hygienist came in to talk with me about doing a deep cleaning. Also the hygienist was talking with a client for a long time and I was waiting. It is unpleasant. Her words are extremely confusing and contradictory. She also told me that I was late for my appointment and she cannot do the cleaning for me. Then the dentist came. Anyway, I wasted two hours of my time!!

For years, I've been looking for a dental clinic that can provide me with extra care especially when I've had a bad reaction with anesthesia in the past. I went in for a routine cleaning. They said i have early onset of a cavity & its better to get ahead of it and have a filling placed. I've never had a cavity & i trusted their recommendation. They drilled into my tooth placed a filling and told me to give it 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I wasn't able to chew on the right side because of a new sharp pain. They attempted to correct their mistake multiple times & redo the filling. After many failed attempts I told them that they have created a problem that wasn't there in the first place & to remove me

I'm done with Aqua Dental. Their quality of service declined and it gets worse everytime. My last f/u appointment for my crown, They had me sitting in the dentist chair for almost an hour and then the dentist didn't even see or check me. Then they just gave me a referral to another dentist, without even checking me. My wife's last appointment for her tooth implant, the dentist disn't even explain anything to her. Dr. Williams is the best. I love my new dentist office. They make me feel very comfortable and although I hate the dentist and get a little anxiety, they make me feel really good and secure with them. Definitely happy with my decision. Dr. Tukdi provided me with the absolute best care. So impressed. The help, and energy from the staff was so heartwarming and calming. I felt completely comfortable going to the dentist, and there's no reason I would go anywhere else. At first, I was unsure if I should stop by because of some of the negative reviews, but took a chance and it was worth it. I needed work done immediately and I was fortunate enough to be seen the same day. Everything was explained thoroughly and I left without having any doubts that my entire family will now be seeing Jasmine and Dr. Tukdi.

No, they did not contact me to resolve it numerous times.
They:
1. Told me they sent me statements (I didn't receive squat) about the itemized bill, when the receptionists SPECIFICALLY told me that I didn't have to pay for a certain item since they used less anesthesia than they originally charged me for. Essentially that itemized bill I "received" wasn't even correct to begin with.
2. They told me essentially tough s****, since it's in the agreement that they could charge my card without notice.
3. They contacted me 1 time. After I b****ed and complained

When I told a friend I was looking for a dentist in the Pearland area she recommended Dr. T at Aqua Dental. I do not have dental insurance so when I called to make an appointment for an exam, x-rays and cleaning, I was happy to discover their cash price was very reasonable and affordable.
The initial visit was phenomenal. Very courteous staff, professional Dentist, modern technology and the price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Because of Aqua I had to actually begin using Yelp! Thank you for a prompt return call, thank you for being a dental provider who thinks outside of 9-5 M-F!!
