I changed from another State Farm agent office to this office in Hewitt that is closer to my current residence. One of my new neighbors spoke very highly of Clint's services. That made it even more important to find out for myself.
The first person I spoke with was off sick the day I returned to discuss the new quote. Fortunately, Julie Gilbert was available to help. She knew of what I needed and we promptly completed the business at hand in a very courteous and friendly manner.

I have never had such great customer service from an insurance agent and his team! I've had a lot of life changes this year and Julie and Clint have taken care of everything quickly and made it so easy. When it came down to making a decision to go with my husband's insurance agent or mine with Clint, it was a no brainer and we moved everything to Clint not because of just the numbers but because of their excellent customer service. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Julie is my go to girl here. No matter what it is or when it is I always get a response immediately. She never not answers the phone, if she doesn’t know the answer to my question she’s finding out and getting back to me normally within minutes. In all my years she has been the most helpful and pleasant person I’ve dealt with in the insurance world. Like a good neighbor…🎶 Bradlee did a great job helping me get a better deal on my auto and disability income insurance! It was cheaper and I got more coverage than what I had before. The office is friendly and accommodating. She is very detail oriented and will make sure you get what you are looking for and more! I would recommend her and this office to anyone looking for a better deal on their insurance needs.

I was so glad we switched to State Farm a little over a year ago. We have saved so much money and love having Julie Gilbert as our agent. She is knowledgeable, responds quickly to questions and got us a great rate for our auto and renters insurance. Any time I need to update our policy with any changes she makes it so easy and painless which is a plus plus! Our experience overall has been fantastic!

I called Julie for a homeowners quote, she took my information, was very helpful, very nice, professional and truthful. Before long we had insurance on our home and autos at a better price and better value added.
Other companies I called passed me around took all day to send a quote and not much different in cost but not nearly as good. Didn't ask about my auto insurance.
She sent all paperwork needed to Homeowners and auto. I called them too to cancel. They had the paperwork from Julie!
Very impressed will most likely stay a loyal customer.

I called to switch my insurance from my GA office to the State Farm in TX, where we moved to recently. I had the pleasure of speaking with Julie Gilbert. I found her to be pleasant,
very knowledgeable and professional. She technically did all the work, calling my GA agent, getting all of my information needed in a very timely manner. She also told me about life insurance policies they carried as an add-on to the automobile policy that may reduce the cost because of bundling them together. If I could have rated my experience more than 5 star I would have. Looking forward to my new business relationship

If you want to find one of the BEST Agent in Waco, you need to contact Clint! He is on top of things and you will be treated like you are his only client. I used to be a Customer Manager and I have never seen such AMAZING customer service!!👌
