The policy of our office is to preserve patient confidentiality. During your consultation, you will be able to view pre-operative and post-operative photographs of patients who have given us permission to show their photographs in the office but do not want their pictures on the Internet. I went today for my first xeomin treatment with with Vanessa, RN. She did a thorough assessment of my face and skin and listened to my concerns. She was extremely professional and explained how the treatment works and what would be expected. Her injection technique was so precise and gentle. I walked out feeling better than walking in. Years before my facelift, I read and studied about NY based surgeons. I decided to go ahead with Dr. Aston. When I was ready, I went for a consultation and was very comfortable with Dr. Aston. I had a wonderful experience having breast implants exchanged. Dr Aston listened to my situation and we discussed at length my wishes. I am very pleased that Dr. Aston EXACTLY what I requested. The recovery was amazing. No one knew I had this procedure done. As for Dr. Astonishing staff Jane,Jenna,Debbie were amazing,and supportive. I was referred to Dr Aston by a client of mine that works in the OR. She said he was the best in the business, but besides all that he is a very down to earth and funny man. : ) He and his staff were amazing and made me feel right at home. The two people who wrote negative reviews sound like lunatics. There are crazies in any group and they try to take out their unrealistic expectations on their doctors.
Pay no attention at all to their nutty reviews. All the society women in NYC would not be going to Dr. Aston if he did not make them look good. I guess world famous movie stars have gone to him because they wanted to look horrible and thus ruin their careers.

Absolutely terrible doctor, but totally full of himself. Most cares for society people. He asked me if I am singer. I answered that I am not a singer. Thus I didn't get an appropriate treatment. It was an intern in operating room before the surgery. Why there would be the intern in the operating room? I didn't sign a permission for an intern to practice surgery on me. And what right does Dr. Aston have to allow this happened? As a result the bridge of my nose was broken on pieces and border lines where bones are reconnected are transparent through the skin - awful look and terrifying

Dr. Aston performed a very botched rhinoplasty on me when I was 17. My nose turned out crooked and very collapsed on one side to the point where I couldn't breathe. It also had an overall unnatural appearance due to an "open-roof deformity" caused by the surgeon overly resecting the bridge and not realigning the bones properly. Valve collapses and open-roofs such as this are apparently common mistakes made by bad and/or inexperienced surgeons. Except that Dr. Aston had many years of experience and was somehow on the list
