Rick has been in the jewelry industry for over 45 years, he has been our store owner for 25 years. Rick has lived in Springfield since 1994. He is a Certified Gemologist through the American Gem Society, and a Graduate Gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America. He is involved in the Rotary Club of Springfield, Lotus Club, and Cedars Club.

I don't leave reviews that often but I make an exception when a place really stands out. I recently moved into this area about two years ago and have recently finished school. I was also turning 30 this year and looking for something really special to celebrate the next phase of life. I went in to Maxon's looking for that special something. Over the next few months I got to know Kendra really well and she is absolutely fantastic. It took a lot of time and patience but she was able to find me an absolutely beautiful timepiece that I will treasure for many years to come. I can't say enough about

Outstanding personal service is something that is a rare commodity to find but everyone at Maxon is such a joy to be around. It is a beautiful store and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Kendra is an absolute pleasure to deal with and treats us like we have been friends forever. Stopped in and had the most amazing morning with Dustin and Jessica. We have been looking for a 30 year anniversary jewelry reminder for my wife and they were amazing to work with.
