Priority One is a privately-owned and operated health care agency in California. We are proud to have served and continue serving the residents San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange Counties. We deliver a full range of quality home health, hospice services. We combine the warmth and comfort of one's own home with the best health care that can be provided outside an institutional setting.
Skilled Nursing Services- Licensed nurses provide skilled care and helpful instructions to the patient and family members, which enable them to function dependently. Home Health Aides Services - Home Health Aides are available to help with the patient's personal care and hygiene needs, and to provide light housekeeping services.
What is Hospice? Hospice is a special way of caring for individuals who have limited life expectancy. The focus of hospice care is to provide palliative care approach on meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients, families and their loved ones, while fostering the highest quality of life possible.
Home Health and Hospice Aide Services - Home Health Aides are available to help with the patient's personal care and hygiene needs, and to provide light housekeeping services. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist, the aide performs various personal care services necessary to meet the patient's needs such has bathing, grooming, dressing, light-housekeeping, etc.
Social Services - Medical Social Worker help patients and their families cope with personal and emotional impact of illness or disability. The Social Worker will also help locate financial resources and community assistance such as home meal delivery and support groups. Social workers will assess the psychosocial status of patients related to the patient's illness and environment.

Priority One helped me care for my Aunt for over 4 years. They provided me with piece of mind by being prompt, professional and caring. Even after moving my Aunt into an assisted living, Lou still contacts me and asks how my Aunt is doing. I could not have kept my Aunt in her home for as long as I was able to without their help.

I highly recommend and thank priority one for their caring support ,24 hr on call nurses to answer any questions or concerns. Also any type of medical equipment, meds etc. anything needed was always taken care of immediately. My wife was treated with the best care ,compassion, dignity and empathy that anyone could ask for. I had a very hard time coordinating care with this company. I understand it's hard to set a firm time for appointments but there's no excuse to not let someone know you're running late. Furthermore, the nurse told us a wound on my family member was infected when it actually turned out to be ischemia/lack of blood supply.
I am glad this service worked well for others, but I'd rather be responsible for doing vital signs on my family member than deal with the hassle of matching the nurse's schedule.

I just wat to gie 5, 10, eve 50 stars to this Pririty One Health Care.... All of them are absolutely AMAZING... Joslin the nurse that does house call bathing is the very best and Nurse Martha the one that goes above and beyond for every single patiet ive seen her work with.The whole team is just great.. i love you all and any one in your care is so very blessed to have gotten any of you to take care of them...

Priority One Hospice is great. All the staff are very nice, compassionate, and with lots of love. My mother has been with their hospice, I am very happy and gratful for their services. The owner of the company, and their liaison Ms. Lou, Social worker Ms. Christina, their nurses and aids, are all kind, they visit my mother frequently, bring her gifts, clothes, and puffy toys, my mother loves to see their faces, the staff from Priority One Home Health are tender, loving, caring angels! I certainly will recommend Priority One to anyone in need of hospice care or home health care services.

I have a family member that need care and Priority One Staff helped me out by explaining to my family and myself the best possible care available coz It's very time consuming and hard at times to be the only one attending to a love one. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are properly cared for by professionals with a caring heart.

L would like say l appreciate and Thank all nurse's specially Martha and Edwin , Chona, Jay all of priority home care staff & members. for all your help for caring for my mom she was hard patience at times and but it was blessing to care for her. with all of you guys strength help behind and scenes, Martha you were the best medicine for mom and Edwin thanks for everything u did for us until the end , from Dec 2017 to Sept 2018 you guys were the best l would recommend priority home care /hospice to everyone ..very compassionate loving caring gentleness ! We were fortunate to have Priority One Hospice care for our father. From day one, they were very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate in teaching us how to help care for our father, and the care they gave him was outstanding. They always went out of their way to make sure my dad had everything he needed for his health needs and also they always went out of their way to be caring and concerned for our mother. I would definitely recommend Priority One to anyone in need of hospice care and/or home health services.

I usually do not write review unless it's exceptional. I have worked in the medical field for many years, and I write this review for Priority One since they are the best home health service. My mother is over 90 years old, and I called several home health agencies for her care. When I called Priority One and spoke to Ms. Lou, I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and her kindness; I know I found the right one. A Big Thank You and Gratitude for this amazing Priority One ! I would recommend them with flying colors and many stars.. Since my brother signed up with them they treated him and I like family, not just a number . They diligently looked after him and all his needs. As he needed more care we moved forward flowing and seamlessly . So we could focus and just be. My homemade cookies was the least i could do for all the support and kindness they bestowed to my brother. Mahalo to all of them.
