Country Villa Claremont Healthcare Center is a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation center established in the community for over 20 years. We recently remodeled our 99 bed facility, making it spacious and comfortable. We listen closely to our residents in order to understand their needs and limitations, then determine potential solutions.

I was told this place is under new management as of this year. Thank goodness! They updated a lot of things to bring it to date. The property is amazingly clean, doesn't smell like a typical convalescent home, plenty of parking, lots of green & visiting space. Really beautiful place! The pictures don't do it justice.

This Facility is a wonderful place. The director of marketing, Bryce, made sure all of our needs were met while my grandma was being admitted to their facility and made sure she was well taken care of during her time at this facility. Also Erica in Admissions was also very helpful getting things done and making sure she felt welcomed to the facility. The cleanliness I would say is excellent and the nurses like Mario(RN) I would say treats their patients as if they were their own family members and thats what we were looking for my grandma when she was getting out of the hospital and getting ready

This facility needs to be investigated! My elderly friends room is DIRECTLY adjacent to the nursing station, but pleas for help go unanswered I had to call paramedics today because no gives a dann and wouldn't help her!!! She was convulsing and no one came!!! I am confident had I not shown up she would be DEAD!!!! Her oxygen was off, her heart meds were on the floor!!! Dogs get better treatment!!!! I will make it my life's work to have authorities investigate and or shut down this third world, uncaring dump!!!!

This place needs to be investigated and/or shut down immediately. We had a relative in this facility and when a family member of ours went to visit her , they came into an unsanitary and fowl odor room where she was drenched in sweat due to the air conditioner not working. On top of that, our relative was completely soiled and unchanged for who knows how long, it was not until we (family) demanded that someone provide answers to her conditions. The staff was rude and unattentive. We asked that they check our family member's sugar levels as she is diabetic and looked almost lethargic when we saw
