Have never been to/heard of/ or even called this business & my insurance notified me that the "medical services" i had done there arent covered. Smh. How did they get my info? Why are they billing me??

I went to optical fashions and my glasses took over a month to come in. They blamed this company for the wait. Not sure if this is true but why else would it take so long???
