The best customer service experience I have ever had. Despite their selection of engagement rings being unmatched by any other jeweler we visited, we still couldn't find quite what I was looking for. From stone selection to setting design, Christi and Brandon worked tirelessly to create the ring of my dreams and did not bat an eye at even the most nit-picky request. There were three people working here the day i visited. I just wanted to buy a battery and have it installed because i was afraid i would break my keyfob. They were out of the needed battery so the very nice clerk said to go to the nearby pharmacy and get the battery and they'd put it in no problem. So i did that. They installed it but it didn't work. I was careful to be polite since they didn't charge me and i consider myself a nice person anyway. An older lady came out and treated me with disdain, said it wasn't their problem, and was very rude. I highly recommend Rivard. I have known Brandon and company for many years of my life. It was't until recently that I needed their services for my engagement ring. I took my ring to Rivards to get it resized. I thought after reading all the good reviews that this would be an easy process. This wasn't the case. When I called they had told me a ring resize took 4 days and was $20. I understand that cost and time can vary but they did not disclose that information. My fiancé took the ring to get resized and the lady at the counter said it will be $50 and will take a week.. well he was already there so we decided to just drop it off anyway. They called the following week and said it was ready.. I went to go pick it up and as I was driving I had noticed

The people who work here are fantastic! For a small store, they carry a LOT of nice, quality items. If they don't have it, they can get it quickly.
I am going to have my g.f. diamond set into one their beautiful settings, with a garnets boarding the diamond.
They are really good a giving suggestions etc.
I have also been there twice to have them replace my watchbands.. they would not accept payment, even thought one was tricky and took some time.

I had a vintage pendant from my late grandmother and a band that my fiance had purchased to match. We took them to Rivard, and Brandon was incredibly kind, sincere, and professional.
