We are a California Corporation based in Southern California with roots in Mechanical Contracting, Engineering, Solar, Electrical and Energy Savings going back to 1974. We have worked with Californias Independently Owned Utilities (IOU's) to develop solutions to energy conservation issues and continue to improve and expand our product to accomodate our customers needs.
The mission of the electric utility industry is to provide reliable power for the lowest possible cost. But, during peak congestion periods - like the hottest days of summer - the grid cannot keep up with demand. The end result? The utility companies ask you - their customers - to constrain your use of electricity during these peak times or pay hefty "demand charges" to use this peak energy.
Making energy efficiency upgrades at your property is important to reduce energy use and costs, but upgrades are only one part of the equation for achieving maximum energy savings. Monitoring equipment and systems, keeping accurate records and performing service and maintenance are the remaining parts to the equation.
