Aggressive Engineering

Aggressive Engineering Corp. is a custom job shop specializing in metal stampings and deep drawn parts for commercial industry and the military. Projects range from simple, to the very complex, to impossible. We have always possessed the ability to re-design products and design dies to make them suitable for high production at very competitive prices.

Aggressive Engineering Corp. covers all lines of metal stamping from progressive die to single hit, and from compound die to fine blanking. We excel in heavy deep draw stamping. We feature presses rated up to 400 tons, with the capability to stamp draw depths up to 18. Minimum material thickness for this process is 0.0120", with a maximum thickness of 0.5".

At Aggressive Engineering Corp., our stamping expertise extends to our tool and die design and manufacturability engineering services: we offer 2-D and 3-D CAD modeling, reverse engineering using CMM, and efficiency engineering. Our CNC machine shop is capable of producing die and forming equipment with tonnages up to 400 tons, bed sizes up to 48" x 120", and deep draw stamping depths up to 18".

Aggressive Engineering Corp. which offers sophisticated design, machining, and precision deep draw stamping services, recently designed and manufactured the tooling and inspection fixtures for this protective, water-proof cap. The cold-rolled steel piece protected a detonation fuse from exposure damage and accidental triggering in a munitions' application.

After more than 40 years as a custom job shop specializing in custom metal stamping and deep-drawn parts, Aggressive Engineering Corp. has the technical skills and relevant experience required to satisfy demanding customers in a range of sophisticated industries. In this particular project, we collaborated with an appliance manufacturer's engineering team to design a steel, side panel that was destined to be part of an oven.
