This place truly is amazing! My iPhone was acting strange and was not letting me take calls, look at messages or even use it. Before hand I went to another shop and they told me that it would take a few days for them to reboot my phone. Thankfully I decided to come here and the gentleman in the front fixed my phone in a matter of a few minutes! He was so kind and polite. I took my iPhone to get the screen replaced. The service was polite and quick. My original phone cracked because I dropped it on concrete without a screen protector. Two weeks later, the replaced screen cracked, and it cracked when it hit my plastic trashcan in my kitchen. I understand that third party screens are not as durable or reliable as the original manufacture's screen. But I had a cover and a screen protector, so I expected the replaced screen to last a bit longer than two weeks.

This place is amazing!!! 100% recommend this places, I thought my phone was fired from water damage. I went to a previous phone repair place and they told me it was unfixable, so I gave up. A year after it fell in water, I decided that I might as well try again to get it fixed. They completely fixed it in one day and I got all my pictures back.

Stay away. Go to another shop. Took my iphone in for a screen repair and battery replacement. Additional items were added to the original repair. I had to go back four separate times. Shane was the only person there with whom I worked with EVERY time. First, he initially put in the wrong kind of battery for the phone. That same visit he replaced the sensor/front camera unit. Shane told me he had one from a used phone (the part was used as well) but still charged me full price. I should've just walked away. My mistake. I went back a second time. They said they fixed it and used the correct battery

Stay away! Horrible service! Went to repair an iPad Air 2 LCD lights after it was dropped. They replaced it but now it would randomly turn off and restart. Took it back but was suggested it was the motherboard. Nothing was wrong with it before! Took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion and it’s a defective LCD. Called back and the manager said can’t do anything now because I went somewhere else. That I should have brought it back which I did and nothing was done! So I am out $190. Which is great because who needs money nowadays.

Highly recommend! I used to go to Geek Squad for computer issues and always felt like they were over priced and it took forever to get an appointment and then a long wait to actually speak to them and then a week or more to get the repair completed. Decided to come here on a whim and was able to immediately speak to Shane about an issue and within an hour it was fixed. Very professional, quick to diagnose and repair and completely reasonable pricing. I will not go anywhere else for phone or computer issues!!!

No help! They didn't fix my phone properly! The bottom of my screen was coming off and it got wet because it wasn't sealed properly and now it's my fault that it can't be fixed! If they fixed it good then it wouldn't have been an issue, but they didn't!! And trying to give me a so called discount after I already paid $140! What's rip off and crappy work!

Came to CELL ER in the woodlands location because i was referred by a family member. I am very clumsy so always breakinf my jphone. Thesw guys knew what they were talking about!!! My iphone 7 was severely damaged as my screen didnt work, my camera worked half way and siri would not respond either. Staff first advised me what all was needed and they told me it would be done within an hour. As i sat in the lounge area waiting my phone was done within 30 minutes. Wow!!!! Like i was impressed and my phone is functioning like new and i can finally use my SIRI and camera as normal. Thanks CELL ER you

This is the saddest excuse for a professional business establishment I have ever been to in my life. I might as well have taken my phone to get repaired at jimmy Johns, that way at least I would have known freaky fast that they had no clue how to repair a cell phone. With these clowns it took two days and more money than they are worth to come to the same conclusion. If you are in need of a phone repair and your options are 1) put it in your garbage disposal or 2) take it to this place. I'd go with number 1 that way you're not PAYING someone to ruin your phone.

I recently went here to get my screen replaced on my iPhone XS Max at the advice of someone who had used them before. The lady who works there was very nice and professional. However the quality of product I got has been pathetic. She said that she didn’t have any of the “higher quality screens” for my phone. She then went on to state that the lower quality screens would just have a little less picture quality. I needed a screen so I went ahead with the lower quality screen. The picture wasn’t too bad but within two days my phone was going crazy. It looked like someone was tapping and changing

We have had multiple phone repaired here. They are always very fast in fixing the phones, normally you get your phone back the same or next day. They are always friendly and offer a great price. We won't use any other repair shop than them.

My wife brought her iPhone 8+ to get a cracked screen fixed and it was replaced with a third party screen. The rep neglected to mention that installing a third party screen prevents the customer from taking the phone to Apple ever again to have the screen replaced.
The third party screen they installed didn't work right from the beginning and cracked after three months. When we initially walked in the rep said the screen was warrantied for 3 months but when he looked it up and realized it had been less than three months, he and the manager said there's no warranty for screen damage.

My eight year old dropped his iPhone 7 plus and cracked horribly.
I got there a little early, like 10 minutes early , The young lady noticed I was waiting, and she welcomed me in. Shes was really welcoming. She address my concerns and was knowledgeable on the iPhone it self. I thought that the screen was the only thing that was broken, but she let me know that the LCD was also broken. I came back to pick up the phone, once again she was very welcoming, and said see you soon, as I replied i hope not!!
Overall a great experience, and would definitely recommend.
