I brought Royce my laptop for a basic cleaning and to put it back together after I tried and failed myself to get the job done. Not only was he super professional with dealing with me trying to fix it on my own and failing he actually figured out that I still had a warranty for the laptop and told me that a fan that was broken was covered under that warranty instead of taking the money for himself and fixing it right there. I had a Macbook Air that my oldest son bought for his wife and was given to me to throw away. Here's the story. White wine was spilled on it during a business dinner. Being scared they were going to lose everything including a couple of years of tax returns he turned to Apple. Apple told him nothing could be done with it, no cleaning, no maintenance and it was a useless piece of junk at this point. So needless to say, he spent another $1200 on a new one.
