The City of Arcadia is the county seat for DeSoto County. It is famous throughout Florida for its historic downtown antique district. Every fourth Saturday of each month, vendors from surrounding locations take over its streets with wares and precious finds.

Englewood is so lovely that two counties - Charlotte and Sarasota along Florida's Gulf Coast - insist on sharing in its beauty. Englewood's uncrowded beach is pure and wide and has excellent facilities. Just south, you'll find Blind Pass Park, a fantastic place for shelling and finding sharks' teeth.
Gulf Cove is located in Charlotte County, Florida on the banks of the scenic Myakka River with direct boating access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. It is initially formed as a voluntary property owners association for the area specified in its by-laws in order to provide community strength in dealing with various governmental and commercial organizations.
Little Gasparilla Island is a barrier island in southwest Florida, in Charlotte County. It is just north of Gasparilla Island, separated by Gasparilla Pass. It lies west of the town of Placida, separated by Placida Harbor. It is connected with Don Pedro Island to the north by a thin strip of beach and mangrove swamp.
North Port, located between Tampa and Fort Myers, neighbors Sarasota County's cultural arts scene and renowned beaches. Within the city, residents and tourists can enjoy a myriad of outdoor recreational activities offered by the area's natural surroundings including the Myakkahatchee Creek and Myakka Forest and River.

During a very high market. My agent missed the appraisal by a HUGE amount. Left the state & apparently didn't notify the primary broker Alicia. There was no understanding on her end, as she scrambled to find paperwork 2 days before closing. There were a lot of excuses & disclosure of personal issues my agent was experiencing, which I did hate to hear. However, at the end of the day, the agent provided no guidance or advice. Would not recommend this company.

Warren Gibbons doesn't return rent deposits or phone call, emails or texts. I rented from him and Jill Popp for 2 yrs. Cleaned the house and did not encure any damage to the house. I even had the carpets and rugs professionally cleaned. Do not rent from this couple. They're too busy to check out the house with you on arrival or exit and then claim you left it in a terrible mess. Cheats.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Their Agent Warren would not even answer questions for our Realtor, not once but TWICE and even hung up on her yesterday. Today she put an offer in for us and he would not respond with so much as an email or phone call to let her know that he had an offer already. We have not experienced this kind of RUDENESS in a LONG TIME!! I would stay away from this Company, his Broker did not offer much apology for his rudeness either!
