The ridiculous review made by one before (Phil) is just that, nonsense.
I can not schedule a showing a half hour in advance if I have other appointments scheduled ahead. Texting me saying I'd like to see these properties in a 1/2 hour is ridiculous based on NO phone call or ahead of scheduling. If I have a full day of showings with other clients then I have to push those showings off or the next day. Its very simple. I work on a Respect and honor system. Meaning first come first serve.
However again texting me on I want to see these properties with no notice to seeing something within

The one and only bad review was for a individual that was not qualified to buy. However wrote three different purchase offers for another person offering 60,000 and 90,000 below market value (sale prices). I find it odd to try so hard for one that does not qualify and to be honest. But yet push and say off the wall things that they know nothing of. Meaning I finally stated. This is not a hobby for me. My experience with Adam was very dissapointing. He is perfect if you want an agent who will leave the whole process of finding a home to you. I originally contacted Adam about looking for properties in the Fort Myers area and told him what I was looking for. He provided me with access to the MLS and then told me "start looking and let me know if you find anything". Over the next month I was I looking in the portal and never once was I contacted by Adam.
