Vincent C. Comperatore began his career in real estate in 1968 as a sales representative for a major real estate firm. In 1977, he established Comperatore Associates to focus on servicing the needs of investment real estate clients in the New Jersey market. Mr. Comperatore is an active investment practitioner, authoring many articles for national real estate news journals.

Never rent from these people. I spent hours cleaning my apartment before moving out. Had my super do a walk through before handing her over the key. She specifically told me everything looked fine. Then I find out a month later once I've moved away that they are claiming I left the apartment uncleaned and took $150 out of my deposit despite the fact that I took every step to properly clean before I left. I reasonably requested half of the money back, but the manager told me he wouldnt refund anything, because he trusted the super when she said it was dirty. Apparently I couldnt trust the super
