A big THANK YOU to Nancy at Casa Real Properties. I recently was looking for a condo to be closer to my son. I looked at a handful of properties before finding the one I fell in love with. Nancy was there every step of the way and jumped on the property for me once I decided it was mine. Within a couple of months we closed and everything was smooth from start to finish. I was recommend to work with Nancy but little did I know that in due time she would show her true colors. In the middle of a high demand market, her and her investor (seller of the home I was interested) really took advantage of me. She became extremely rude to my mother the day of the walkthrough to the point where Nancy told her to stop asking her questions and that she had no business talking to her. My mother was only looking out for me just the same way Nancy would do for any of her daughters. She may be very knowledgeable in the business but not so much on on being polite.
