I showed up on time and just wow! I haven’t seen an orthodontist since I was a teenager and seriously appreciated the more adult centric, welcoming, and very clean environment. I immediately was greeted with my name, given a tour, and offered a beverage during my stay.

I LOVE Marlene! I have been wanting to correct my teeth with Invisalign for a very, very long time. I've been to several dental offices to get estimates and information but never felt that it was the right fit. I was referred to this office and I am so happy I followed through with my appointment! The first thing Marlene did was give me a tour of their cute office, I work in real estate so I appreciate the details of how everything was staged from the barn doors to the inspirational portraits on the walls. Everything looked so clean and perfect and Marlene was so great in explaining every step

I love every second of my appointment always. Dr.Nelson is amazing and so professional. Her staff is incredible, definitely I would give them 10 stars if I could . They are so friendly and their costumer service is like no other. They all make you feel comfortable and they’re always there trying to make it work for the patient. I wouldn’t recommend my friends and family elsewhere, because I know if they go to Dr.Nelson they will be taken care the best way possible. Thank you for all you do for your patients :)

Absolutely PHENOMENAL! I truly love this place. They walked us through every single step and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. My daughter was so excited to get her braces and said everyone in the office made her feel comfortable like we were all family! I am a sucker for great customer service, and the staff always goes above and beyond!
