NOTE ANY ITEM THAT YOU MAY HAVE EXPERIENCED IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS. Then, total up your score. We have asked you to look at the last twelve months of changes in your life.
The cost or our services are within the usual and customary fees for professional therapeutic services in our community. Our standard fee for individual psychotherapy is $125 per 50 minute hour and $150 per session for couples, family and group services. We do recognize that not everyone can afford our usual fees and we do not want the cost of treatment to interfer with our abilities to serve you.
