I had a bad experience at Accent Dental Center. When I requested an appointment, I made it clear that the requested appointment was for a cleaning. When I arrived for my appointment, only then was I advised that a cleaning would not be done, but I would have to schedule a second appointment at least a month later for the cleaning to be done. However, on this initial appointment they took x-rays and photos of my teeth and charged me $252.00, but not cleaning, the original purpose for the appointment. Based upon this experience I can not recommend Accent Dental Center.

Dr. Burton and his team worked quickly to make sure my 10 year old son got his smile back quickly after breaking his front teeth in a fall. I felt completely comfortable with him in their care. The repair they made was beautiful and he was perfectly comfortable when he walked out.
The online forms made it easy to check in and check out, and payment was a breeze, especially because we had an estimate for our treatment plan beforehand. We will definitely be returning for our pediatric and adult dental needs. Thank you so much to the Accent Dental team!

I had a lot of dental issues that needed addressing along with my fear and anxiety of dentists and procedures. This is a awesome professional office from beginning to end in dealing with me. They cared, they went out of their way to make me comfortable and I went from having to have some one come with me to being able to go on my own for my procedures. These people are totally professional, proficient and they actually cared about me and helping me get the dental workni needed done of I could give them more than 5 starts I would and most definitely will be back and highly recommend them. Dr. White and the staff at Accent Dental have been amazing! I've needed a lot of dental work for a while from a life of not taking care of my teeth. I've had 4 extractions, several fillings, a crown and root canal, all with Dr. White. Honestly, the worst pain I've felt while in the dentist chair is the barely mentionable Novocain needle. From there it's pretty smooth sailing. I even combined the crown/root canal into one appointment and it still wasn't a bad experience! The front desk staff and hygienists have been great as well, always answering questions I have and explaining anything I don't

Incredible experience! I went to Columbia Healthy Smiles 6 months ago and they told me I had 4 cavities.. though I've never had one in my life. I came here this week and they were so kind and told me my teeth were great and healthy.. NO cavities. Such an honest and incredible team. Highly recommend!

First time patient. Staff greeted me and were extremely welcoming. Heidi my hygienist informed me who she was and was very gentle and informative. Front desk staff had contacted my insurance and knew what my copayment amount was and what insurance was going to cover. Liked my experience, the doctor and the staff. They got me in right on time. Clean office and efficient and friendly!

Apparently they overbook their cleanings like airlines overbook flights. After several email and text reminders of the date/time for my appointment I showed up to my appointment, on time, only to find out they overbooked.... too many customers and not enough hygienists.... So buyer beware! They have zero respect for your time!

Love going here. Everyone is super friendly and greets you by name, which makes it feel so much more personable. Everyone has always taken great care of me. Very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. Everyone also seems to genuinely enjoy working there. Great teamwork. Would recommend them to everyone!
