Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with an agent named Karerika Wharton at Fathom Realty. She has a sweet personality, but her work ethic that entails her professionalism as a realtor is significantly below average. She signed as an agent from one company(Impact Realty Tampa Bay) to work with us, but we didn't hear from Karerika for five months because she had signed on with another company (Fathom Realty). Jeremy Glowski has a foul mouth and bypassed security to get in. He then left while swearing at me and making obscene gestures because I questioned why he was at the house I am watching.. I would never do business with him.
He WAS there representing your company trying to solicit a listing. Why else would he leave his card and a note? Try to spin it all you want to. Also, my son was in the front room doing his school work. I have nothing more to say to you people...
