Raquel is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not to just me but to other health care providers as well on multiple occasions. She is unwilling to listen or to help. Raquel has made us feel as if we are a bother and not capable of understanding how to do our job. After I had to ask for an e-mail I could have to send her important information before she quickly hung up, she gave me a personal e-mail instead of her work one, showing to me she had no intention of helping me resolve my issue.
