We got 4 bids from 4 different companies. Black Rhino's proposal was the most comprehensive with step-by-step pictures and descriptions of the process. The quote was competitive.
The process started on the projected date; the workers came on time and finished early each day; the workers were professional and answered all our questions; the process from getting a quote to completing the garage floor was a positive experience.

Really good experience with Black Rhino and the finished floor looks amazing. Communication was great from the first inquiry; consultation was informative and helped us make an informed decision to select the right options for our project. Crew was very professional and did a great job the day of install. The before to after pictures show what a difference this made to an old garage floor.

From the beginning process to the end result, the team at Black Rhino did a fantastic job on our garage floor. I initially requested some information on a Sunday afternoon and within an hour Brian called to answer my questions. He did a great job of explaining the entire flooring process making it understandable and excited to learn more! The pricing was reasonable and the communication throughout was great. They went above and beyond to make sure expectations were met. I also got to watch some of the work being done while at the same time learning more about the people who work for the company
