Congratulations on your new carpet from Vic's Carpet and Flooring. We're sure you're eagerly awaiting its installation. This quick guide will help prepare you for installation day and will help you know exactly what to expect. When it comes to a successful and efficient carpet installation, preparation is essential.
Start by investing in doormats and placing them throughout your home. Have friends and family members use them when entering your home. You should also ask visitors to remove outdoor shoes before walking across your carpet. It's important to minimize the amount of dirt tracked onto your flooring, as dirt particles can damage carpet fibers.

We explored many carpet stores before choosing Vic's. A large project to re-carpet our entire house. I had a lot of questions and expected top quality service for the price. All of my questions answered & service was excellent.
Competitive price, knowledgeable staff, and wonderful installers. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process. No complaints.

Vic’s estimate not only came in way under other local competitors, their installers were on time and professional. The installation was flawless. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Vic's retiled my bathroom floor and laid new carpet in the master bedroom. The old bathroom tile was also used as the baseboard, so that had to be replaced, too. Everything was done neatly and carefully.
A few months later, I returned to Vic's to recarpet the 2 upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and install a matching runner on the stairs. They listened to my concerns, confirmed my preferences, and did a great job! I highly recommend Vic's.

The entire process was excellent from the time we walked into the store to the time the installers finished. Jennifer was extremely helpful in suggesting product lines and discussing colors, textures, etc. She really knows her stuff and what works in certain rooms. Kevin did the measuring and scheduled the installation of our flooring to meet our schedule. The installers Ray and Elliot did a great job with attention given to every little detail. We are glad we purchased local and not from a big box chain.

Vic's refused to give me a credit for a full, unopened box of flooring tiles ($100+) after they did a flooring installation. Vic's did the measurements and therefore should be responsible for over-ordering of product. My husband went in to the store and explained this when he tried to return the tiles but was told in a condescending manner that they would not accept a return because we would be likely to need replacement tiles down the line (as if he was unable to make thisdecision for himself. I also explained that I had several extra loose tiles that I was not attempting to return.). My building

My husband and I went into Vic's on Monday with what we thought was an impossible request. Having carpet installed in our babies bedroom by the end of the week. Kevin was amazing. Not only did he help is find the perfect carpet, but also was able to schedule the install on Wednesday, at a great price. The install crew was amazing too! They left our home very clean, and the carpet looks great. We will defiantly go back to them with all of our flooring needs.

Vic's is ok, but his installers are horrible. Singing Christmas songs, sloppy install and complaining about what they are getting paid, not good, no references for you, Kevin. You should have called after the installl to see if everything went well.
