Regent Medical Urgent Care

Recently I was going in for surgery and I lost my vaccine card. When I called Regent Medical Urgent Care and ask them to fax over my covid vaccine she refused to because she cut me off it and didn't listen to everything I said so all she heard was I need you too instead of I need you to fax this over so I could have my surgery please. She was rude thankfully the surgeon took the dates down because they never did fax it over. How many can you be someone's already nervous that there's going to be having surgery and everything else and then to have someone like that sit there and say no they won't

Dr. Mohan is extremely thorough, an excellent listener, and a very compassionate doctor. She spent a lot of time educating me about my disease, calculated my 10 year cardiac risk and advised me on risk reduction strategies. Besides primary care, she also does urgent care. So, she is always able to get you in the same day. I would vouch for her services 100%. I never feel rushed. I have never seen the office over-bill for any service. They are all extremely professional!

I got Dr.Mohan this is most horrible doctor I have seen. She didn't even come close to me talk to me from the door,she doesn't wanna listen my lung I told her I'm coughing, just got the money for COVID-19 and left horrible service I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.All they worried get payment from and that's all.

I've been seeing Dr Mohan for over a year and she's the best. She's very attentive and takes the time to listen to my medical problems. The offices is always nice and clean and her staff is great as well. Dr Mohan was able to get me on some medication that other doctors couldn't. 5 star for me and if your looking for a new doctor she's the one I trust.

Waited over 30 minutes to see a doctor that did nothing but prescribe medication that I could get for a fourth the price over the counter and stood on her soap box for 5 minutes telling how much I needed the COV-ID vaccine. I came in with nothing more than an eye infection. She actually told me that “redness in the eyes is a sign of COV-ID”!

Im editing this review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Initially we faced some customer service issues the first time we came for our covid vaccine, but the second and third time that we have come have been nothing short of exemplary and amazing. The staff is amazing, the customer service is amazing, the treatment is amazing, the doctor is amazing. Everyone is amazing. Highly rexommended

Wow these people our the rudest called about booking a appointment as a walk in with no insurance and they were so rude on the phone no thanks!

This has been my primary care facility for several years. Best facility I've been going to and I'm in my 60's.

I spoke with Dr. Mohan through my employer’s telemedicine service. She was very polite, helpful and to-the-point. Over the phone, she sounded like a very warm and caring person. She was kind enough to send a prescription to my pharmacy that will hopefully resolve my issue. I was very pleased with her service and grateful for her efficient help. Thank you, Dr. Mohan!

When you think of seeing a caring office and people who really want to help go to this clinic ASAP and ask for Wendy who slayed late on her lunch to make sure my results were in and called to follow up many times with me and my primary physician. This will be my new go to and they are a joy in the medical field who really care about people!!!!

I was recently diagnosed with Type2 Diabetes by my previous primary care physician. Ran into some real issues with the meds and had to call Teledoc for assistance and direction. They assessed the information I provided and recommended I check out urgent care at Regent and that they could get me in within the hour.

I headed over to the urgent care, they took my information and got started with the review of my vitals etc. They noted that I was very dehydrated and sugar was very high. I was given 4 bags of fluids and a shot for my queasiness.

I started my visit via TeleDoc. The doctor recommended I come into her office for a Covid test. The RN who did the test made comments about the whole "mask thing" being a political issue and didn't see any need for masks. She was very rough when administering the test to me - and wasn't wearing any PPE other that her half covered mask. She was very unprofessional! Then after 2 weeks of waiting for my results, they lost my phone number and left a message on someone else's phone number asking to call back for my results. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I went in a few months ago and was disganosed with an upper respiratory infection yet the treatment I was advised and medicine I was prescribed was solely for allergies and nasal blockage.
I went in a week ago and the Dr. diagnosed me with bronchitis, yet prescribed me treatment for a common cold. No antibiotics, just an inhaler and a hope for the best.

Six years ago I changed my primary physician to Dr. Mohan from Regent Medical. It's easy and quick to get in and out of the office, appointment times are convenient. I like and trust Dr. Mohan and have no plans to change offices.

About 3 years ago the internal medicine practice I went to for about 7 years before that was bought out by a corporation. From that point forward, I experienced long hold times to schedule an appointment weeks in the future and then on my appointment day waited hours for a rushed appointment with the physician or his assistant. Any needed follow-up after an appointment regarding prescriptions, lab tests, etc. was almost always botched. Looking for an alternative, about 3 years ago, I gave Dr. Mohan at Regent Medical Urgent Care a try and could not be more pleased that I did. Someone always

I have no complaints with this practice. Been going here for a year or two. I see Dr. Mohan. She's very knowledgeable and friendly and yet at the same time no nonsense. She's been very thorough when I've been there. I've never had to wait long to see her even when I didn't have an appointment. They take walk-ins as well as appointments. Dr. Mohan has been my primary care physician for couple decades and we depend on her for all our medical needs. She is an extremely knowledgeable doctor and her diagnosis are spot on. Her prescribed medicine have gotten us in recovery path within few days. She has been very responsive for any emergency calls over the phone as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Mohan for your medicinal needs and emergencies.

Ever one here has helped me so very much. They all are timely friendly compassionate and make you feel like a friend. I have spent many hours in this office recovering from injury what was miserable to me was bearable because of Jeff and Lynea time with me. Dr. Mohan is a great doctor, she saved my life, I am forever grateful! She is thorough, compassionate, kind and very caring. Her staff are equal in these attributes. Getting you in for an appointment when you need to be seen right away is something they take seriously, no waiting for days or weeks to get in for care. Regent Medical is an Urgent Care Clinic type of facility. They Also have a Chiropractor and they provide Physical Therapy services as well. The place is very Clean. Dr. Mohan is dedicated to her craft. Dr. Mohan and her Staff members are very sweet and professional. They listen to the patient. That is a rare quality this days. Truly, they deserve a 5 Star rating.

I literally signed up for Yelp just to leave this review! I was all prepared to leave a review describing the utterly rude and seemingly incompetent medical staff at this location when I saw the review by Jenne from WA written in 09/2016. I could not agree with her more!!!!!!
I'm shocked because she described my experience as well! The nurse practictioner could NOT have cared less about the details of my medical history or concerns. I mean zero interest!!! She was combative and dismissive the entire time. The actual doctor was rude and damn near dumbfounded when asked about anything

Friendly staff. I don't feel like cattle being herded. More like a small town doc. Vary comfortable here.
