Wonderful company to work for. Jennifer is wonderful. When you call or text her she answers right away. You ask for anything, She gets it DONE. If you want to have more hours prove that your trustworthy And your gonna show up and work hard. DO YOUR PART then you won’t have any problem.

Integrity? This company has none.
You know, for a business to have all these great reviews you'd think my experience would have been better, but unfortunately that's not the case.
My over all experience has left me extremely disappointed.
I had gone through a few companies looking for one that had caregivers at the time I need, which is early morning. This company said they had someone- so yay- we went ahead. L was a nice person, but seemed to want to gossip more and work less. She insisted upon a certain type of transfer because the slide board was "way too hard", and so I agreed to use that

I wouldnt trust working for this company. I was guaranteed hours that were taken away from me and they took away all my shifts so I couldn't even have enough $ to pay my rent and had to leave my apt and I'm homeless now. They just dont care and take care of employees. Bare minimum state sick pay and u have to pay out of pocket to see a dr to get pay if you are sick. The wages are low, no health insurance or retirement and poor communication by the staff. The scheduling is unprofessional and a joke. Find a company that will take care of a good caregiver like me with lots of experience

They keep sending someone out that does not have knowledge of how to clean anything or fold laundry. I end up re-doing it all myself anyway. They've even broken things. She's Very slow n takes a 10 min break every 30 min. I have voiced my oppinion to not send that person out but they keep doing so. They do not communicate when they did send someone new... Who i did love coming.. Then they took the good caregiver away. 😥 I feel I need to be the caregiver instead of me receiving the needed help... 😠. I'm changing companies as soon as the other company finds a caregiver.

Poor company , the management isn’t consistent at all and make up lies . I highly , wouldn’t recommend working here unless you wanna live off of less hours that was promised. Kate is a huge liar , promised gift cards and then lied to the owner and said I didn’t want it. DO NOT WORK HERE . It’s trash

I have worked for Integrity for over a year and have had nothing but good experiences! The owner of the company takes an active interest in all the clients and the caregivers, he makes himself really available to everyone. The office staff is capable and very caring for caregivers and clients alike! My coworkers and myself are compassionate and skilled in many different areas!

Integrity In-Home Care has been the single most enjoyable employer I have ever worked for. They're driven by their mission statement of providing the best home care. Overall the office departments work well together & share a great deal of information & respect for each other as well as all caregivers. They have a strong work/life balance policy that allows for flexibility in schedules. Also Integrity has an open door policy, that's very inviting, & they know the importance of all their employers.

This is an amazing company! Their owner Don is very compassionate and has a lot of integrity as an individual. They are prompt and have highly trained caregivers. We also like the technology they use which helps stay in touch with whats going on in the home each day. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe and quality home care company that actually delivers what they say they will deliver.
