My car died. They were pretty honest and patient with me about what the issue was and what they could do to help. They even waited while I called the seal shop for pricing and gave me discounts to match pricing. The guys were really professional and considerate. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage being a denial and all.

My car battery died right around the corner of my house at a small intersection. I was very scared and nervous as this was my first car breakdown on the road. I used GEICO roadside service and was dispatched Unique Towing. Jim came to my rescue within 10 minutes and was a pleasure to work with. He was very kind, friendly and super helpful in trying to jump my battery. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the car to start for long before it shut off again. I was driving my work van when I heard a thumping noise and looked out to see a flat tire. I pulled over to a safe area to inspect the tire and it was actually a slash tire. It looked like the tire was worn out and ripped. I called unique towing and spoke to someone immediately. I gave them all the information and everything was completed within 2 minutes, and the staff on the phone said the towing truck will arrive in 45 minutes. The towing truck arrived exactly at 45 minutes. The towing guy named Ricardo was very friendly, fast and efficient. He towed the van and completed everything within 10

Boles and Antonio went above and beyond!!!! To say we had a "Unique" situation that only Unique Towing could handle is putting it mildly. After calling 2 other tow companies that could not help us, Unique Towing came through for us in a HUGE way. The confidence and reassuring way that Boles handled the situation put us at ease. A very nerve racking day turned into a calm and gratifying one. I can't say enough about these 2 guys. Amazing job when towing the vehicle, a nightmare of customer service for any followup afterwards.
Had an accident and PD contacted Unique towing to have my car towed since the ETA for towing offered through my insurance was too long. They arrived in ~20 minutes, and did their service flawlessly. So far, amazing.
Two days goes by, and my insurance wants to inspect the vehicle to assess the damages. On the first attempt, United towing does not allow the insurance agent to access the vehicle since they don’t have my consent - makes sense.
I contacted Unique towing, and confirmed the list of documents

Originally scheduled for towing my car to service center as it was not starting up. As it turns out, I hadn't checked battery. Acid leak had corroded terminal a bit. Tow truck guy could get my car started, which I drove to service center. They charged me only for basic assistance and waived off towing charges. Full points for integrity.

On our way to the park with my 2 boys I took a wrong turn and popped my tire I didn't know what to do I called and my insurance with a message reading a towing person would show up in 60 mins. With my cranky 2 year old in the back crying I was frustrated. Literally 2 minutes after I was notified Unique towing contacted me and arrived in 5 minutes. Jim was over the top awesome. He towed my 51 Chevy Pickup from Santa Clara to Palo Alto. He was a super great guy and helped me unload the truck and directed me in to the parking spot. I couldn't be happier, and I really think that Jim makes this company exception. I will never hesistate to call them again, or recommend them to my frends.

Had a flat tire on my Tesla and they were the ones called on behalf of Tesla Roadside Assistance. Friendly, quick and efficient service. Don't know what the value is since I wasn't the paying party.
The only thing they could've maybe done better is to carry a tire inflating compressor. In my case my tire was toast. In other cases the tire might be saved and in those cases you could avoid damaging it further by not driving on a completely flat tire.

We had not one, but two flat tires. One wheel was severely compromised and the first towing company threw up their hands in defeat and could not help us. Luckily, we were referred to Unique Towing who came out in 30 mins and assessed the situation. Instead of accepting defeat, Jim proposed we put a spare on the compromised tire and then load it up. This was a simple solution l, but one no one else had come up with. From there is was easy to load the vehicle up on their truck and have it taken to the service center. Jim was the true hero today. I really want to shout out Jim. My car died on the side of the road so I had to push it into a parking lot, where the apartment owner was throwing a fit about me waiting there for the tow truck. Thankfully, Jim was much much nicer and understanding, helped me diffuse the situation with the landlord and was super kind when helping me.
He gave me advise on what he thinks the problem is so I wouldn't get swindled by anyone at an autoshop. He also recommended one he trusted and was overall a great person to be around

My car got a flat and tire pressure was getting lower and lower. I didn't feel safe driving it especially since today was in the high 90s. I called my insurance and they were able to get Unique Towing to come to my work. While I was still with my insurance, Unique Towing was already calling me with an ETA arrival within the hour. My cousin and I were driving to the local Costco when I ran across some road debris that resulted in a flat rear tire. Fortunately, my car insurance set me up with Unique Towing and our experience was beyond our expectations.

Our insurance found a shop for me and that shop had automatically chose this towing company.
Wasn't expecting much from past towing experiences, BUT this ended up being the best towing experience.
Hour before arrival, I was called to ask if I'll be available, 30 mins before and 5 mins before I got a text to notify me where the tow truck is.
The tow guy was surprisingly really nice! Told me this has been happening a lot lately. Got the work done and said he's all done. One of the few times I happily tipped.

The wait was not long at all, less than 30 min. We were not in the most ideal area for a car to be towed! We were parked in a small parking lot dedicated for the ER and hospital use, so cars were coming through nonstop. Jeff was a pro and was great at handling the situation.
He did a great job in taking care of us and taking care of our car.
I want to give him a huge thank you! My mom is going through chemo, hence the Hospital, so the speed it all took was amazing and stress free for her.

I was rolling my Ken worth Tractor Trailer when my DEF Systemic Systems went bad !!!! My Tractor went into Limp mode!!!!
This means my Tractor needed a Tow !!!!!
This is where Unique Tow and Their Tow Operator Steven comes in to play. My Mgr/Dispatcher called there Tow Service to come retrieve my Tractor and I LOL!!!
Steven showed uphe Station where my Ken worth Tractor was broken down.
Steven pulled out tons of Chain and Binders and started Rigging up my Ken worth to do a Safe and Damage free Tow !!!
