Campbell's Towing

They are a bit rude and not very customer friendly on the phone, understandably since they deal with a lot of upset and mad people every day. In person the person who was helping me was very polite and helpful so I don't know if the telephone call was someone having a bad day or what.

The guys here are all very nice and helpful. They even helped me search for the rental car key I managed to lose somehow while clearing out my vehicle. Would def use them again

Arrived and called to say we needed assistance. Told us we had to wait 30 minutes. Called again and took our details and had us wait some more. Someone came out and approached us rudely. Vey bad customer service.

Kind of funny the other reviews that I've seen. But if you need a tow truck that is balls to the walls these are the guys to call. I tipped over a mini bobcat in my driveway and these guys came out and got the bobcat upright and pulled it onto a flatbed very carefully. They delivered it back to the rental yard. It could accosted me thousands of dollars in repairs. But being that they returned it in the condition that I rented it thanks to Campbell's towing it didn't cost me a dime. These guys know what the hell they're doing

Well I never had the opportunity to get towed. I knew my RV had to be towed a month prior to the date. I called Campbell's and started to explain and he didn't have time to talk, just to call him a few days before tow. I called a few days before and tried to explain that RV had been in storage for 10 years and he said again, he didn't have time, to just call him the morning of the tow. Called the morning of the tow, finally he asked me to describe situation. He said he couldn't tow it because the tires were sitting too long without moving and they could come apart. OK,

Al and his sidekick came out for a service call. They were on time and pleasant. Al's magic touch got my truck started and for $75 they saved me from enduring a tow.

Great service. I was upset that my car got towed from the street from where I live but the young man that runs the "cashier" area was super friendly and funny. He asked his manger if they can give us a discount because we had our car in there for 5 DAYS!!! The amazing manager gave us a discount because I'm sure they just want the car out of there . AMAZING SERVICE ! The review is mostly for the young man in the front that was really helpful and polite. He offered to tow our car back to our apartments for a low cost but I have AAA so I declined the offer , the worker waited with us

Owner is rude and disrespectful on phone. Openly admits that he pays people money to scour the streets, steal people's vehicles "legally" and sell them off at a profit.

Openly berated me about "my personal income" and was verbally abusive. Had the audacity to "offer me a job and bragged his income was higher than mine?" Get serious?

Terrible business, stay away!

Even if you just need towing, stay away from supporting this ratchet busines!

There is simply no better towing company. Joe and the drivers take care of your needs in the most professional manner. I had a difficult tow job that nobody would touch.I contacted Joe and my problem was over and my van home. The position of the van and the access caused many obstacles for the operator Henry. He killed it with a smile on his face very nice and professional company. Not only will i use and recommend them,but i won't use or recommend any one else.
I read some of the reviews some left, and all i can say is if you had a bad experience you probably had a bad attitude as well. GREAT

I believed what you do about tow companies until Campbells towing towed my beloved first car and neighborhood eyesore Hyundai. I can't thank them enough and because of Josh specifically, I have faith in humanity again. Ultimately, even the grumpy boss man had a heart.

Damaged my car and took money from my center console. Told me to file a police report when I showed the cash was missing. Unbelievable business practice.

Very professional and accommodating it wasn't my car being towed so that's probably why I'm leaving this awesome review they were polite didn't damage the car and went above and beyond to convenience me on picking up the car if I had to get my car towed from anyone it be them!

Save yourself from being ripped off and being treated like an animal. Wait, no, we treat animals better that these jerks treated us. Absolutely disgusting and crooked people.
We were quoted $135 per hour for some offloading we needed done. The driver arrived 15 minutes late. We were told by someone onsite that they thought the project was done and we called the dispatcher at Campbell's to confirm and make payment. The dispatcher hung up to verify, then called back and launched into the most vile, filthy, deplorable, profanity-laced attack we've ever heard, stating his driver wasn't finished and

This is a rip-off plan. The owner told me he charges me extra $100 to come there to open the shop on the weekend so I can get my car. sop if your car got towed on Friday, you have to pay freaking $100 extra over the god's price of towing company to just release your car.
Who is in charge of the pricing here ?

These guys are rude and won't own up to their mistakes. They almost towed my car away from our driveway without checking the license plate or anything. Turns out they were trying to tow another car with the same color parked on the street - apparently people still judge by color even for cars. I thought someone was robbing us. They even had the nerve to ask me for my car keys so they can tow it. When I told them they've made a mistake they called me names and said I was overreacting. This is the third time we've used Campbell's Tow .
Just a vastly different experience from other tow companies ( see my review on Unique).
*The owner , Joe takes the call and gets someone right out to you even though this time I wasn't sure if I needed a tow or a tire change.
* The driver was very helpful to my son and I .
Nothing shady here I would use his business time and again.

Talked to the guy on the phone (the manager) for less then 1 minute and after I asked why he is being so rude to me he replied with, "it's because you're stupid." This is the second time I've called them and they are SUPER rude and disrespectful. Don't go here.

Joe and his team of people are the best around. Hands down. When they say they will be there, they are there guaranteed. The most reasonable in terms of pricing. Overall a 5 star company

I waited for 2 hours on VERY BUSY hiway 280 for the other tow trunk company to show up. It was getting dark and so finally gave up on them and called Campbell Towing instead.The driver was there in 10 - 15 minutes!! he was respectful, kind and courteous!!!
I will recommend this company to guests/visitors!!

Complete ripoff. The owner was with was a simple-minded, crook. We had to pay $392 to pick up our STOLEN car. When ask why we had to pay this he said "Because it's your car." That's all. Not even letting us grab out property out of the car.


The owner did apologize for how rude his employees were to us

My company (Marvin Davis Construction, Inc.) and I have been using Campbell's Tow for years now. They are the best tow company I've ever had to deal with. And between our company fleet, and personal vehicles, I call them quite often.
Dispatch is always so helpful. The drivers arrive quickly, and more importantly, they're all super friendly!
They are definitely my go to tow company and I'd recommend them to anyone.
