We had been eyeing a motorhome that was on their lot for a week or so, when I finally stopped in to see the inside! By chance, I was given the tour by Mr. Miles himself, and told him I would like to have my husband take a look. The following week we went back and Mr. Miles greeted us and answered all our questions. Due to my husband's work schedule, we couldn't test drive for another week. After 4 months of ownership I've had to replace the steering rack and pinion. I brought the front end issue to the dealers attention several months ago and was told by Ted to have "your mechanic fix it" like it was my problem now. After quite a battle he finally agreed to have the front end inspected by the mechanic of his choice. I was told it was fine. After 3 months of not being able to keep the truck in alignment, and have it wandering all over the road I took it to Taps Truck, who confirmed the Rack & Pinion were WORN OUT and obviously had been for some time. I just purchased a car from Ted Miles Motors. Ted was assisting me and in 40-50 minutes I was driving away in a 2014 BMW. I purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but this was the easiest transaction ever. Ted is an old school businessman knows his trade in and out. This past Sunday evening, my girlfriend's car overheated while we were both on our way out of the county. This is my first time using Ted Miles service.I love how Eric is very thorough in explaining the problem of your car. Especially to someone who is very limited to the workings of my 2006 Pacifa. He was very knowlegeable and friendly and saved me a great amount of money on the diagnosis of my car.
