I was NOT expecting Desoto Cab to arrive when I called Livermore Taxi/Cab.
I'm back in town for a visit and called my usual number to get a ride, I was expecting to see a familiar driver bit a Desoto Cab showed up. I asked the driver why when I called my Livemore Taxi number a Desoto Cab arrived. The driver didn't do a great job of explaining. But it's pretty clear that Desoto is trying to pretending to be Livemore Cab.

This morning I locked my keys, along with my purse, in my car and had about 30 minutes to get my 3 year old grandson to his daycare in Pleasanton. We have used Desoto many times, especially my husband for his trips to the airport. I called Roman and explained that I wouldn't be able to pay for my fare until AAA had been to open my car. He totally understood the situation, told me he would contact his manager, and get right back to me. He did this within 5 minutes and told me that a cab was on its way and I could pay later. Unfortunately, I had to cancel as my child seat was also still locked
