Straight up, I will never go anywhere else again. Dr Tran is very kind and great at her job, and was able to work out a problem with my previous prescription that I wouldn't have known how to address. And Pam is the Mr Ollivander of glasses; she spent a ton of time and effort putting frames on my face and switching them out, ensuring I found exactly the perfect pair of frames--ones I wouldn't have ever thought to pick for myself, but LOVED and have worn since (I was almost exclusively contacts before, but these frames, y'all. These FRAMES.)

At the optical shop, the place where you buy your frames, the staff is helpful and friendly. I went in quite a few times over the past month, (at least three), and I was never pressured to buy. They let me browse, take my time, and when I finally did return to purchase, everything went very, very smoothly.

This was the BEST eye appointment of my life. In the past (at other places) I've had unpleasant and traumatic experiences during eye exams. At my first appointment here, I was understandably nervous. The techs and doctor were all so patient and understanding with me as they explained every step of the way what we were doing, what the machines were doing, what to expect, etc. I felt listened to and in control of the situation. I was also amazed by the technology they have here to check every aspect of inside your eyes. Their machines seem very powerful and high quality. I can't recommend this place

In the 3 years I’ve been a patient here I’ve always had a great experience from the moment I step in to the time I leave. All their team members had been and still are in tune with the vision of their owner. The quality of their product, the customer service, the attention to detail of their doctors are just some of the commendable traits this business offers.
Thank you for being consistent in your service to your patients and to the community. Small businesses like you deserve a pat in the back for the great work you deliver everyday.

This place is only as good as their staff. Had a great visit with the doctors, but when asking for a prescription to be faxed somewhere and dealing with a front desk person with major attitude who needs to learn a lot about customer service, it completely ruined the overall experience. Jules was the name she provided and hope it was just a one-off day for her ... maybe a bad day. Still no excuse for such a reputable place of business. I hope this finds the eyes of management there so it can be addressed properly.

It's a shame. I was recommended this doctor by a close friend. The doctor was wonderful. Very polite answered all my questions and helped me make well informed choices about my vision. However this is where the one star comes. The first time I came in the receptionist was extremely rude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day so I tried to be as polite as possible. Yet the next week when I came in to pickup my glasses she was just as rude as ever. 6 months go by and I get a text to schedule another appointment. So I think okay I'll give it another shot. I've called 3 times and left messages

It's a very expensive place and it's easy to get carried away with the glam. The frames fit while I was trying them on, but once the glasses were finished, the weight of the lenses caused the nose piece to constantly slip down. West Seattle Vision did make some adjustments, but through the process the hospitality became very chilly.
MAKE SURE YOUR FRAMES FIT PERFECTLY before you buy.

I think Dr. Julia Tran is great. She is always patient and willing to answer any questions I have. She also is savvy when it comes to cost effective solutions. If there is a great deal on contacts, or a different brand, that would be a lower price for a patient she'll let you know. Lastly, West Seattle Vision Clinic is kid friendly! I had to bring my young daughter with me to my eye exam and everyone was very courteous and treated her very well. No one batted an eye at the fact I brought a kid with me to my exam.

I bought my glasses here. There was a nice selection of trendy frames and Chelsea put a good effort in finding the right frame for my face. She also worked to expedite them so I could have them before a long business trip. Everyone was very nice to me there.

This was not a pleasant experience at all. The Doctor was very nice, and most of the staff were also very nice; however, "SJ" was so rude to me on numerous occasions (in person and on the phone), I wonder how she can be in a customer service job. I would not recommend this place simply because of her absolute rudeness and unprofessionalism. It's too bad, because other than her and she interacts with you a lot while you are there, it's a nice business.
