I get my car towed from one place to supposedly a spot by my house, tow truck driver calls me & tells me his shop can check it out & give me an estimate & if I didn’t like it, he would continue the tow to where i wanted it to go, 4 days later they are having a hard time communicating where my phone is & the manager is never available

I waited three hours in parking garage ( supposed 30 minute)
so I called Bighouse Towing
this one lady said now I have to wait one more hour I was not happy . She said her supervised told her that. but I said ok then hang up
this lady called me back said I dared to hang up on her so she is cancelling my towing service
it was my only day off and wasted my day waiting for nothing
so I called Bighouse Towing

Stay away far away from these guys.
Very bad and very shady.. if you use your aaa and u want to take your car to repair shop the drivers keep saying bad words on all auto shops in town and ends up taking you to their repair shop.. they forced my wife to take her to their shop. I called them and told them that I need my car towed to my mechanic and dispatcher side that she is going to get it towed at the earliest convenience.
Two days later still didn’t hear from my mechanic I called them to check on my car and it was still never arrived.
End of the story my mechanic hired another tow company

The service I've received now, twice, has been over the top. I've had the same guy (always forget to get his name) but he catches other issues and fixes them for no charge. Love this place!!! So ethical. So nice, patient, friendly, and calming during such a stressful experience. I was so moved by the way I was treated today. Thank you

Although I had some problems following changing a tire they're follow-through was terrific. Sammy came to my house with a mechanic to assess the problem and he even did more than was asked. They are the AAA towing company for my area so I didn't have any choice when they came to change the tire but I would definitely use them again due to their customer Service
