If I owned this company I would be ashamed, they have zero business ethics and price gouge their customers. I had them out for a recovery, there driver backed into a gas line on his own doing and stuck me with a $2000 tow bill and a $1395 bill to fix the gas line. The owners response is “you should have read the contract”. I’m sorry but that is bad business, they can go onto any property, act like a cowboy and you have to pay a bill.

The tow was fine as I drove my vehicle onto the flatbed and all that had to be done was deliver it. Wish I would have shopped around first, the price which was only given to me after the vehicle was on the flatbed was ridiculous. $715 dollars is triple the price of local competitors. I highly recommend calling others first, especially for a basic tow. I essentially paid upwards of 300 bucks and hour and 115 in gas for a two hour total trip.

I contacted this towing company because we found ourselves with a problem. My sons were changing the oil in the car and found it impossible to get the filter off. When I called I asked if this was something we could get help with. The man said yes. He would call back to get directions because he was filling his truck. I had to call him back after 1/2 hour. He showed up and panicked my husband into thinking we voided the warranty on our engine by doing our own oil change. My son looked it up. We haven’t. After getting the filter off he went to write out the bill. He charged $185 just for showing

Do not let this happen to you.
I called this company at 1845 on Thursday, Sept 24, 2020. I had a customer's step-deck that blew a tire and was close to this business. He put me on hold, verified he could get the correct tire size and sent his road truck. The service vehicle arrived at 2000 to change the tire. During that time, the air system used to keep the tires aired up was broken. This will not be a major issue, but additional time needed to be spent clamping off the air to avoid a leak. At 2215, I received a call to pay the bill.
The total amount for the service was: $1950.00

Had a blowout on RV and I didn't pack my big jack for this trip.
I called Tac Towing for help from roadside of US23 northbound & 96 intersection.
He needed 45 mins to get to me, The gentleman asked if had blocks with me, Yes, I do.
He told me to pull up onto them that would lift the axle so could change a tire.
Instead of charging us he gave helpful info.
It worked perfect, 30 mins later I was on the road again.
