We have bought and sold many properties and Janine Rendano, by far, was the best agent we have ever work with. She arranged for a professional photographer to photograph and video the property which was a tremendous selling asset. Janine was present at every showing and open house. Carmen Escobar, who works for this realtor, not only stole money from us by keeping our security and accusing us for damages done well before we moved in, but then called our employer and accused us over the phone as well. She is guilty of committing mortgage fraud, not paying property taxes and consistently lies everything and anything. This is only the tip of the iceberg as there's not only evidence to back this up but more. Stay far, far away from this realtor, she will tell you anything in order to take advantage of you.

I am a practicing attorney in Philadelphia. In the fall of 2017, I decided to exploring buying a condo in Florida. I found Ryan Gainer of Amerivest on the internet. We made arrangement for my wife to go down and look at some condos with him, which she did. She liked a particular development and we bid on one condo in the development but did not get it. I asked Ryan about another one in the development that was for sale, which he said was in good shape. We wound up buying it sight unseen as many northerners do. Ryan was our eyes and ears.
