Sellers beware! My sister recently used this agency to sell her home in Naples. Her buyer was also represented by Downing-Frye, which shouldn’t be an issue if the agent follows their fiduciary duties and represents both parties ethically. My sister offered to sell her furniture to the buyer, but they hastily declined. She then coordinated for… Habitat for Humanity to pick up everything she wasn’t taking with her. This has been the most enjoyable and wonderful experience. Both Karen “Red” and Carole have been the most amazing realtors in Naples. They even provided the check-off list of things to do complete with phone numbers and other recommendations for pressure washers and even pool cleaners. They are both a blessing to whomever they’re working with as well as others that may potentially help their possible endeavors in the future. Would NEVER recommend this company. Our agent, Gariann Small, entered our home unbeknownst to us with the buyers, BEFORE the closing and ripped down curtains and damaged walls. They had no permission to be there, we caught them when we came to finish doing some work. We never had any previous discussions about them being in the house and she… never asked us. She also never showed up for our closing, although she went with the buyers! She represented them more than us and we paid a substantial sum to this firm. I never received any written communication from my detailed letter to the president

It's hard to believe there's a better real estate agent than Stephen Shapleigh. The way he guided and nurtured us through the purchase of a small condo in Naples, you would have thought we were buing a multi-million dollar estate. His careful attention to every detail was especially important since we did it all long distance. No question was a bother and no concern was minimized. And responses were always quick both on the phone and with email. It will be great sharing some wine with him when we're in Naples.

Our experience with Anna and Mike Bryant was an amazing one. We were long distance purchasing a home in Naples, and they were there every step of the way, always accessible.
