Very disappointed with this company. We've used them with good luck in the past. Recently they sold me product for multiple locations and they've now told me that they can support it. All within 6 months- 1 year. I even offered to take the product that they won't sell and customize is so that it would match, but they've stopped responding. They've stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Very poor customer service.

I only tried the ILT2400 and ILT2500 but both products are great. They do what they are made for and they are very easy to use. I like the fact that you can connect them to a computer. The company's support is awesome, quick to answer questions and very helpful. They even updated there software to add some specific requirements that we had. I highly recommends ITL and there products!
