My son has been attending Brown's Enchanted Castle for over 3 years now, ive never had any bad experiences with dealing with this daycare. They did preschool and tk curriculum with him and when he started kindergarten he was ready! They accept supportive services and are always understanding with any of my needs or change of schedule for work. The owner shaunta and her family have always been very nice towards my son& I.

My boys & I have been with Brown's Enchanted Castle for almost 3 years. I could not ask for anything more. All staff members are amazing. They have always treated me with respect and take GREAT care of my boys. When my boys are here I know they are in a safe environment with not one need that goes unattended. I can admit I have had some days where I would forget to adhere to some rules that are in my contract but reminders are given and i appreciate those. This is a business but for us they have become family. I would ask anyone of them for advice (parenting, medically, etc.)when it comes to my

This in home center turned out to be one disappointing experience. The provider seemed to not realize she was hired as a support to us and to be apart of our team. She portrays a woman who wants to love your child and do what's best for them but cannot handle feedback. When communication was already a bit off she became snotty and unprofessional. My child often refers to her as the mean one. As long as you don't disagree with the provider and just go with the flow she's ok but if a parent begins to question interactions and actually allows their child to talk about his/her experience
