To help you better understand the "Repair Process" that your vehicle will go through, we have created a "Flow Chart" that highlights the typical procedures and processing steps that will be addressed during the repair process. Although we make every effort to meet the "Target Delivery Date" we propose, it is important to note that the dates proposed are estimated delivery dates.

Brought my vehicle in for a passenger side bumper bracket replacement, instead of removing the bumper and doing the job properly, he cut corners and went in from behing the wheelwell and replaced the part that way. When I got home, the bumper had popped back out of the bracket. went back today to have him fix it properly where he proceeded to tell me my vehicle had been repainted, the bumper was aftermarket and wouldnt fix his mistake unless i paid another $200. keep in mind, this is a 2020 nissan murano SV that i purchased with a total of 7 miles on it. Flavio at AF Autobody had done some fender repair and repainting on the Toyota Camry 2007 a couple years back with good results. We had to deal with the same car again in Feb 2016 because the original blue Toyota paint job on the hood, roof and back deck was "bubbling" terribly. Flavio gave us a quote that included a repaint of those three surfaces and the repair of dented plastic rear bumper which was done poorly by another vendor. Flavio's quote was for $1000. The results 2 weeks following the work still look excellent. We continue to be pleased with the work performed by AF Autobody.
