Hired Design Stallion to create my website, overall they did a fantastic job. it took a bit longer than expected but it all worked out in the end. My work with Design Stallion started in June of 2020. I hired their services to create a business logo for me. When Kevin Reed sent me the drafts, I was 100% satisfied with the product. Eventually, I received the package of file formats that met my needs exceptionally well. However, I was missing a product for which I had paid. Unbeknownst to me, Kevin had departed the organization. Therefore, I stop receiving emails from him. Yesterday, a year and a half after my initial dealings, I contacted the company to request the product I never received. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! I payed $1,400 for my website to get done , and they were still pressuring me to pay another $999.00 . I asked for an large e-commerce package to be delivered . Every time they sent me an Invoice I paid it. My Account got switched around to multiple project managers . The website they designed me looked nothing like the work they advertise on their website. The pictures were bulky and my project manager Sam had a very difficult time organizing all of my products to the website . There was just issue after issue , which made it really stressful on me and my business

So I decided to contact a few of the websites that they sent me examples to and turns out they never heard of Design Stallion and said they did not build their websites, false claims by Design Stallion.
They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid
