We just ended our contract with Page 1 Solutions after almost 1 1/2 years with very disappointing results. We had a custom site built, several videos completed, monthly meetings, and SEO services, all which resulted in a minimal or plateauing new patient calls. Simply stated, we did not get our return on investment. I spent countless hours instructing Page 1 to redesign our page after it was completed by rewriting inaccurate content, rearranging misplaced photos, and attempting to correct the esthetics of the site. I wouldnt recommend, you would expect this mega company to put the
before and afters in the right order..Calls were never returned promptly, the website they designed didn't generate business and almost bankrupted me..My questions were answered with excuses...evidently they have different tiers of employees to deal with customers..I got the lowest group
..their fees were so high it was hard to justify their roi.. The hardest thing to deal with were lies and rudeness. Promises to fix things that never were fulfilled.
Finally I told them I was going elsewhere. That's where the nightmare

Our ophthalmology group recently engaged in a project that required the development of a print advertisement. We typically focus on SEO/SEM, traditional radio and Pandora for our marketing efforts. Aweful treatment was a client from2011-2016 spent thousands of dollars without questioning anything and of course not even considering they would take advantage of me for not knowing . was fine initially then declined rapidly no answer even friendly inquiry about the cause didn't result in any explanation.
Found out 6 other dentists ( in northern Virginia) were clients simultaneously while I had to wait on a wait list for 3 years and pay 12k for a website before becoming an SEO client .there was improvement in 2015 (after 12K website and SEO addition to monthly services ) and a steep decline

Truly the best company in my industry as a dentist. I have been with another company that developed our website and did our SEO. we were with them for over 10 years and it all started well and they did an amazing job with our SEO. Then towards the end everything changed. Promises were made and never kept. Was charged for silly things. The response to my review is typical of Page 1's familiar excuses, rather than taking responsibility. Buyer beware. I learned that Page 1's methods became outdated and they had no idea how to keep up with Google when other companies knew exactly how to clean up Page 1's mess and get us back on top. Learn from my experience and find another company for your web marketing.
