Wish I could give more stars! I hit a deer (for the first time) on the Taconic. My car was getting towed by Matt's which was fine with me because I had heard of their fine reputation. Well they lived up to it, and beyond, in my opinion. From my initial phone call, all I got asked was "Are you alright?" They truly cared about me as well as the car. Well, I had no damage but my poor car was hurting bad. When I got it back, you could not even tell it was in an accident. The body work is beautiful. I would definitely go back, but I sincerely hope I don't have to.

So today I picked up my vehicle after having a bad experience with northside auto body in Poughkeepsie. When I had an accident that I mistakenly caused myself. No one was hurt just my vehicle was in badly shape. My vehicle looks brand new and feels like I just got it out the dealer shop. I'm so glad they were able to get my car back to how it was before my accident. For less than the other auto body and they were great in giving me updates about my car and not sugar coating anything. I will definitely recommend my friends here to them instead of Northside now even if it is 20 minutes away but it

My Jeep was hit by a deer in early December. I brought it to Matt’s the next day since it was a brand new vehicle and I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. As I was waiting for my estimate, I said to the gentleman I was working with, “I just want to make sure the estimate has the correct up charge on it for the paint.” I continued to explain that it was a special tri-coat paint NOT your standard white. He looked at me and says very obnoxiously, “who told you that?” As if I wasn’t the one who bought the vehicle…

I have to say I have never been more impressed with an auto body shop in my life. I got into a bad roll over accident thankfully I wasn’t too badly hurt but my car was totaled. They towed my car from my scene of the accident and when I felt better and spoke to them about getting my things from the car they were amazing. Super helpful and very concerned about my well being. Never met a place so nice and caring. I highly recommend them

An unfortunate animal crossing late at night resulted in a damaged front end. Ruge’s Subaru shared their recommendation... If you ever have to get body work done, go to Matt’s! Friendliest staff, very accommodating, efficient turnaround time and you’ll leave with a freshly washed and repaired vehicle.

I crashed my motorcycle and it was towed to Matt's Auto Body, which I had never heard of. These guys were amazing. They don't even repair bikes, yet they took great care of it, stored it inside because they "know how bikers care about their bikes". They were a pleasure to deal with. Mark especially was as nice and as accommodating as one could hope for and always showed concern for my health above and beyond anything else. Knowing I crashed on a bike, whenever I called, his first question was always about how I was feeling, then he always pleasantly took care of whatever

I had an accident in the Fall of 2016 where a tractor- trailer plowed into the driver's side of my Honda Civic while trying to blindly change lanes. The work done on my car by Matt's was impeccable. I was a bit impatient to get my car back so I was on the phone with them a few times each week, but I will admit, the results were outstanding. It's great to know there their are businesses out there who really care enough about the work they do to put out fabulous results!

Awesome service!!! My Toyota Corolla was nearly demolished by a deer. My husband hit it straight on and it did over $4000- worth of damage. Matt's Auto Body worked with our insurance and met the insurance inspector. They took care of everything. It took the stress off of us. The whole process went smoothly. My car looks perfect. You can't even tell anything happened. Matt's Auto Body even cleaned the interior of my car!!!!!! They even shampooed my carpets!!! Now that is customer service!!! A+++++ work. If you damage your car and need something fixed, this is THE place to go.
