I highly recommend Dr. Stoner and his entire staff to everyone! They are a wonderful, warm, fun group of people who will make you feel right at home. I've been going to Advanced Family Eyecare for two years. I referred my daughter. She started going this year. She is very happy, more than satisfied and will continue getting eyecare here as well. Dr. Stoner is amazing! My entire life, I have never had such a patient, compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, eyecare professional. He takes time to explain and actually has up to date technology, which let's you see the test results of your eyes on screen

I had to make a last minute appointment for a minor issue. They fit me right in to their schedule. They take many insurances including OHP. When I got there it was a quick, easy and friendly check-in. They took me straight back to the exam room. Doc was kind and laid back. He did a fantastic job and really took his time addressing my issue and answering all my questions.
On a side note, the office was clean, the parking lot had ample parking and the location is great. Easy to find and easy to exit.
I highly recommend AFE for any kind of quick medical issues. I am looking forward to coming back

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially in a small town, but this experience was awful. I was quoted $99 for a contact exam prior to going in.
I had to wait 15-20 minutes before I was even able to be seen by the assistant. Not a big deal, I understand delays. I stood up when the doctor and former patient came to the door, because the assistant called my name. Immediately, the doctor's eye's dropped to my backside, and I became uncomfortable. Granted, I will contend that I was wearing leggings since I was headed to the gym right after, but I still don't think this is excusable behavior in

I was referred by my primary care MD to Advance Family Eyecare in Sweet Home for just a routine checkup. Before I even had my first appointment, I had an alarming event with something floating in my eye. I had read this can be minor, common event at my age but when I called Advance Eyecare, they insisted and got me right in. Dr Stoner gave me a very thorough exam. He said "This is not just a minor floater. I want you to go and get a closer look and possibly some imaging" His staff was already on the phone getting me in to Retina Consultants right away. There a Sonagram confirmed a retinal hemorrhage

This is the best eye care I have gotten in probably a decade!
Dr. Stoner is the best optometrist I have had since I can’t remember when. He took care to examine all the parts of my eye and told me everything I need to know to keep my eyes healthy.The office staff was friendly and when it came time to pick out eyewear I didn’t get any hard sell or salesman type of approach. So refreshing 😊
