At Morgan Taylor, we don't build the same handful of turn-key homes over and over again; we facilitate our creative team and your dream to converge into a beautiful reality.
While building a custom home can be a lengthy yet exciting process, we know that finding the perfect lot to build on can be one of the trickiest parts. That's why our experienced real estate agents are constantly scouting and purchasing plots of land in the areas around Arizona, including but not limited to Scottsdale, the West Valley, Sedona, and Rio Verde.
We offer a FREE one time consultation in order to see if we are the right builder for you. We can build on your lot, find you a home site, or we can add features and upgrades to your current property. We can provide a full selection of finishes for your home, or you can choose your own custom finishes at our Design Center!

The house just turned a year old and have issues with it since Morgan Taylor finished. First their contractors left a PVC pipe in my the septic tank line and caused the sewage to back up into my shower. This happened 4x before it finally got fixed. There are extremely excessive cracks in the stucco for the house being brand new, and when they came out to fix it they just covered it up and came back after a few months. Initially they were extremely unresponsive and had my family waste time and money trying to meet with the contractors to fix issues. Wasn’t until I opened a complaint with ROC when

We just relocated from Colorado and bought a finished home from Morgan Taylor. The experience was amazing. They walked us through our finished home and explained everything thoroughly. Morgan Taylor Homes was absolutely amazing! We purchased our very first home from them and they easily walked us through the process and were available for questions at any time. Lynn in sales found us the home when inventory was at a historic low. It was an impossible find and she made it happen. My family thanks you immensely Lynn! Without you we would not be in the area we are at now! Trevor, their superintendent running our homes construction was great! All I can say is read the change order clause thoroughly before executing the builder agreement with Morgan Taylor. Had a firm understanding of excavation costs up front and signed an agreed not to exceed amount of $50,000.00 3/17, I was hesitant to do this without a survey but with there experience in the area we were building went ahead with it. Suffice to say it took months before they even were able to get the inspection done on our land, and once that was obtained they told us there were unforeseen circumstances that would result in a change order to our excavation of $112,170.00! My wife and I had planned on building a house on our land, but were having a hard time finding anything we liked at the cost we were hoping to hit. Morgan Taylor Homes checked all of our boxes without even having to upgrade much at all… Overall, we are very happy with our home, it looks just like we wanted it to. The process was great, no major issues, and we were at ease through it.
