I have a compromised immune system so it was troubling when the tech refused to wear a mask saying he didn't have one. I think he was being dishonest and inconsiderate. Again, I have a compromised immune system and he was asking to enter my home.

R&R pest control responded to my call about a wasp nest that got out of hand on my second story . I was hesitant to knock it down simply because it wasn't just a small average size nest but had gotten a bit out of hand and larger than I usually have dealt with in the past .
The owner was very professional and extremely polite . He told me to text my info over Friday when I called and he would get back too me with a day and time to show up for the following week . He was quick to respond and told me Monday between 12-2 and gave me a decent quote for a one time visit .

I inquired with R&R about their services when the local billion-strong supercolony of Argentine ants started getting a little too inquisitive inside the house. They reached out to me in less than 2 hours and I was able to get a price quote and an appointment.

I used to be my own pest control guy spraying stuff from Home Depot -- when I remembered... that was up till about 2012 when a scorpion walked onto my shoulder in my bed. Next morning, I called one of those big name shops and also called R&R. Greg was out within a couple hours spraying for scorpions, and all the other creepy crawlies.

John also took time to explain the process and talk about recomendations on yard improvements to help ward off future pests too. I have used R&R for several years now. Greg and his team are very responsive and they are not just a "once and done" service. On more than one occasion, I've asked them to come out in between my scheduled, quarterly spraying and they've come out and done a great job. Recently, I had an ant infestation and Greg came out and took care of it.
