Fence is great. Power gate is great. Quality is great. Price is way overblown.
Had my fence over a year now. I was shopping around trying to get different options. Future fence does tons of fences in the neighborhood.
Price was considerably higher than others but after Mike promised a few freebies and inclusions I decided to go with him. Crown molding and doggy windows and stuff.
While the fence was being built I had to follow up a couple times because his guys didn’t put ANY gates in agreed location. So now they are in “afterthought” locations. The crown molding was never done and the

Have been waiting over 4 months for a fence repair to be done .Have called multiple times and no action. He even told me he would have it done in the next couple of days and nothing. I have meet the owner several times while walking dogs because he lives in the neighborhood at Deerfield and I see him every morning when he goes to work and he tries to avoid me. I would give this guy a minus rating if I could. Terrible customer service.

I contacted North Texas Future Fence to get a quote on a fence repair and modification of an outbuilding. Mike Kaplan (owner) came and met me the next day and provided me a quote at the time of our meeting. I provided Mike with the timeframe I wanted the project completed, and he came in on time and on budget. He came to the site every day and called in to keep me posted on their progress. After the project was completed, all debris was removed and it looks great. They built a new gate that looks awesome. I am very happy with the experience and would recommend them for anyone looking for
