Yolanda his secretary was very helpful and Dr Fishberg makes you feel like you are visiting an old family member. Year after year I have to come to this doctor and he always greet you with a smile. I can't really remember how many people I have recommended this place because it's a lot of people. Not too long ago I brought my daughter to this spot and we came out very happy with his outstanding service.

Makes me sad to see ratings tank over someone who doesn't work there anymore. I had an awesome experience. There was no wait time and never once did I feel rushed or that the Dr didn't have time for me, unlike at some other places. Everyone was super friendly. One of the nice ladies at reception patiently helped me make sense of my prescription and and Dr. Fishberg is honestly hilarious :) Highly recommend!

There’s a lady who answers the phone very rude I called today to get more information about my prescription and you could tell she didn’t want to help me she had no customer service value or care for the patient calling . I was confused about a few things and she couldn’t give me the help needed , I was such a pleasure on the phone even tho she was so nasty to me . I will not be going back to this office side note I was charged $49 and I have IEHP my glasses should have been covered ? I will say this the woman who tightens and cleans the glasses should get a raise she was a pleasure and Gary

I can't believe your staff have the audacity to yell and threaten to sue my mother causing her mental distress.
Reading the other reviews, this obviously isn't an isolated incident. You have a track record of mistreating your customers.

I've been here a couple of times. Purchased my glasses with them. After today I will not be returning because of rude staff members. The "office manager" Andrea is VERY rude and patronizing, and the fact that there is no one above her to complain to is beyond me. I also spoke with Max, he's no better at all. The only nice staff member there is the girl who cleans and tightens my glasses, I wish I knew her name. Andrea for sure needs some customer service training.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Fishberg at the Riverside location. I'm surprised to read reviews that he was rude; he was incredibly kind to me. I especially appreciated how he explained absolutely everything he was doing, and even why he was asking the questions he did. I never want to see a different eye doctor again.
Having said that, the boxes of client files in the exam room freaked me out and made me wish they would invest in more secure filing. Seems outside of HIPPA regulations to sit right next to confidential files and be able to see the names of other patients. At the very least

I use to enjoy going to this office. They were friendly but today I had a very bad experience. Called to see if they were open. No one answered so I googled the office and it said 8:15am. Called at 8:30am, the lady at the desk was were rude. Answered the phone with attitude, claiming they didnt open till 9am. I spend alot of money at that office to be treated that way. She is very unprofessional and i won't be going back. And to top it off, Doctor Fishberg is a great optometrists, I love going to him. Lost a loyal customer.

It's an OK place. Some staff are nice, others are rude. I won't be continuing with them, however, because Dr. Fishberg is very rude...at least for those trying to decide on a pair on contact lenses they like. I've been wearing contacts since I was 12 and I've never been treated like a child by an optometrist, until now.

Dr. Fishberg himself is extremely rude and I have never been treated by a doctor the way he treated me. He definitely does not have good bedside manner.....However, his staff there is amazing....and so helpful & kind, they are the reasons I stay! I made another appointment w/ Dr. Yu who is only there on Friday's and he was amazing. I now know that I will only go on Friday's to see Dr Yu......

I have used this office for a few years and have always had great service. Maybe I am just lucky but the prescriptions have always been great and I have an astigmatism with a high value for nearsightedness. When my frames break, while under warranty, they are quick to get them fixed. Again maybe I am just lucky or maybe people just naturally like me :-) . The frames I have have lasted 4 years before giving in, that's with children attacking my glasses and with everyday use. I am just about ready to get some new frames and will go back.
