Dr. Sayah is the kind, gentle and very caring! My 6 year old daughter loves him! We went to him when my daughter fell at school and needed 7 stitches on her eyebrow. It was a difficult situation that he made so much easier. His office staff is beyond wonderful too! Breanna answered the phone answered all my frantic questions with nothing but kindness. When we got to his office they took us in right away. We were then greeted by his amazing nurse, Aura which went out of her way to give my daughter a treat after the procedure. Do not go here.
I now have a deviated septum caused by the rhinoplasty that Dr David Sayah performed .
My nose is still bent and I have trouble breathing and scar tissue is building up around the area causing pain and discomfort.
I now hate the way my nose looks,
I paid decent money for this and have been told for the past 6 weeks it's normal.
And they are not cooperating with any form of refund or help .!

My nose is ruined. Dr. Sayah performed completely unnecessary plastic surgery on me. I was very young and clearly had body dysmorphia. I am now left with an uneven tip, irregular contours, bossae and a hook to my nose that wasn't there before. This was the single biggest regret of my life. Been meaning to write this review for a a couple weeks now! I’m 4 weeks into my 6-week recovery of breast augmentation & I couldn’t be happier! My friend recommended me to Dr. Sayah & I don’t think I would’ve had the balls to go through with it if it weren’t for Dr. Sayah! I waited 3 years to write this review in Dr. Sayah... I had never had any surgery before and as soon as I saw Dr. Sayah's before and after pictures, I knew he had the eyes for breasts beauty that I was looking for. My surgery went great. I was a bit paranoid from the surgery and discussed these fears with the doctor in my follow-up visits. He squeezed my breasts so hard that I screamed so loud, everyone in the clinic may have heard. I was upset that he was insensitive and did that, but I guess it was to show me the implants were very durable and malleable and I should't be scared of it bursting

I recommend Dr. Sayah to anyone considering any sort of reconstructive surgery. He always put me at ease. He has a very warm and calming character. He actually discouraged, what he considered unnecessary procedures. I never felt that he was rushing. He is always willing to answer any and all questions. My son had his first big accident running into a chair and slicing his eyebrow open. It bled so much, and my husband and I were so scared! Our pediatrician told us they didn't do stitches and sent us to an urgent care (not ideal during Covid). I called a gf of mine whose son had multiple stitches and she connected me with her pediatrician who connected us with Dr Sayah. This all took place on a Sunday which made it more challenging. Her being comfortable was very important, the staff and their bedside manner was amazing throughout. Dr Sayah made her the center of his practice while she was there, he took his time, explained everything in detail, and also made sure I was comfortable with the procedures and process. The office staff was wonderful as well.

Dr. David Sayah did an excellent job!! Recently I had surgery and did not heal well and was very worried about what my body was going through until I was referred by a professional nurse to Dr. David Sayah for scar revision. I found Dr. Sayah when I saw an ad for Sinply Breasts. I needed to have a deflated implant replaced. I was hoping to find a good doctor that I I could afford. Turned out I found a skillful surgeon who exceeded my expectations in every way. My breasts (old one and new one) match perfectly. I had no complications, no discomfort and healed well. I have personally met and seen many of Dr. Sayah's patients and how happy they are. That is why we were very happy when Dr. Sahah accepted our mother as a patient. This is long overdue, please do your research. He may be a good Dr. within other specialties but not rhinoplasty. I came in for a rhinoplasty and woke up at Cedars Sinai ICU. Dr Sayah aborted the surgery after the first initial incision and epinephrine injection due to my vitals. My parents were having breakfast down the street while I was in surgery and saw the ambulance stop at his building. No one referred to the emergency contact phone number on the medical forms to inform my parents I was being sent to the hospital. Dr. Sayah really IS as good as it gets. I'm always nervous when I'm seeing a new doctor for filler. However, there was NO need to be nervous at all. The staff is cool and very down to earth (you don't usually find that in Beverly Hills). Now, for the injections - minimal pain. I came to Dr. Sayah for underye filler treatment with Restalyne Silk and am so grateful I went to him for the procedure.
