My husband was broke down out at northern quest casino and every towing agency I called either want way to much money or wouldn't pick up the phone. Excellent service. He was on time, made the extra effort to pull my car out of the driveway in such a way that it didn't scratch the other car parked next to it, and was very personable and knowledgeable. He even gave me a few tips that might help me keep the car out of the shop the next time I have transmission problems. Definitely recommend.

They were very rude about me getting my belongings out of my vehicle and I had proof of the car being in my possession my name was on the registration just not the title and they said there's no way I can get my stuff out of my vehicle then when I call the week later they said it was okay to come in on Monday to get it. They were very unprofessional and need to learn how to be more business like and calm towards customers
