The service and care provided by this company was amazing on a day when I needed it the most I will never forget. I had to have my car towed after working 12 hours, received pictures of my car being towed and delivered along with clear communication from my driver. I have never experienced a better towing company. I would recommend this company đź’Ż.

Tow truck driver was efficient. It took a few hours for them to get out...but at least this time they actually came. I have called them multiple different times and sometimes they never show or call. They also always say they will send so done out to place new signs and...yes...they haven't done so in the last 3 years of asking.

I hit a deer and did alot of damage to my new car. I am so happy with Nelson's!!! My car was done when they said it would be, it looks amazing and here is a perk...I live on a dirt road and my car is so hard to keep clean..sand inside from the driveway and the child never wipes her feet lol..my car came back to be spotless. I will highly recommend this repair shop!!!

Driver was prompt, friendly and compassionate. Literally no other tow company was willing to help, given the location of my vehicle. Driver even allowed my aspiring 17 year old mechanic shadow him for the duration of our need of service. Will definitely call these guys first, next time I require a tow.

Nelsons contracted with USAA’s roadside assistance company, Ageron. Nelsons accepted a tow request and I was given an ETA of 120-130 minutes. Kind of ridiculous for a cross town tow at 8 am, but I had time to burn. At 10:10 I called Nelsons who said they’d never accepted the request. After some back and forth with USAA Nelsons updated the request and a driver called to say he was 20 minutes out.
Several minutes later, Nelsons canceled the tow entirely with no explanation leaving me stranded. If your roadside assistance assigns you to this place, run don’t walk.

Had front end alignments done here a few times and they did a great job. Asked them to look at a few other things and they were up front and honest about what needed to be done instead of trying to trick me into replacing things that dont need replaced. I will definitely go back again in the future.

I started my truck with my 6 month old inside and accidentally shut and locked the door. I reached out to two tow companies who stated "We can't help." I reached out to Nelson's towing and could instantly tell the lady on the phone was concerned and wanted to help. She dispatched a tow truck immediately to come open my truck. They were there in less than 15 minutes after my phone call and quickly opened my door so I could get my newborn. When I attempted to pay I was told I was not being charged. The tow truck driver explained he is just glad that she is ok and happy he was able to help. I have
