The whole team was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is hard to find people that know and love their work and I can confidently say Connor Sanford is one of them. I Called them because I had wasp come in to my home and since I have a month old I wanted to take care of the issue immediately. They were on time and most of all detailed in their work. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

The service provided was excellent. When I made my appointment, the no haggle price was given. It was very affordable compared to other companies. Mr. Vic, the technician arrived on time to set up the trap to catch a possum. He educated me on precautions to take to avoid any hazards. Mr. Vic was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The next day, the animal was caught and removed from my yard. I was very pleased that Mr. Vic was able to work around my schedule. I would highly recommend the Gulf Coast Exterminators.

After picking my dog up from the kennel I noticed she had fleas so I quickly called an exterminator to ensure I could get rid of the pests. I called on a Saturday morning and was informed that I would have an appointment on Monday afternoon by 5pm. I took Monday afternoon off of work so that I could let the exterminator in, but 4:45pm rolled around and I had not heard from them so I gave them a call. When I called I found out that the girl on the phone had not booked my appointment. The girl I had spoken with informed me that she had gotten very busy on Saturday and forgot to book my appointment
