I've been a customer since March of this year and have been satisfied with their service. My quarterly service was due and Mr. John Sullivan came out but was only able to do the exterior since we weren't home. A little over a week later I called to see if I could arrange for someone to come out and do the interior and the representative scheduled me with no problems.

Clayton came out to inspect for rodents. He was so professional and was easy to talk to, answered all questions and was very thorough. He did such a great job. The knowledge he had was great. And he was friendly throughout. Didn't mind all the questions I was throwing at him. He didn't rush and we were really pleased. Will continue to use BugCo in the future. Out of every experience I have had needing pest control assistance, hands down BUGCO went above and beyond in every aspect of the service they provide. I am incredibly grateful and relieved that I found a company that is reliable, informative and has shown a great deal of professionalism and care when helping me to get rid of crazy ants that in a very short time became a huge problem. One of which was not something i could solve on my own with the typical bug spray. The treatment was a success! Finally no more ants! Without a doubt could not have chosen a better company! You HAVE to ask for Ashton. As a person he was beyond friendly and energetic. He came early on a Saturday and made the process so comfortable. Not only answered all of our questions, walked us through each step of what he was doing, what to expect, how it works, and I felt extremely confident… that we made the right move. I got an excellent service from BUGCO. Vicente and Daniel are experts and capable of their job and it was easy to understand what kind of treatment I was going to need, also Vicente did a great job with the follow up. After having two pest control services from other companies without success, I found BUGCO, and I feel comfortable staying at my place now without any bug issue. Charles came by and was very professional and informative of the treatments.
He gave a courtesy call with a estimate time of arrival and he was ON TIME.
We will definitely be using them from now on.
The treatment it self was fast, not messy and did not interrupt my day at all, estimated about 30-45 minutes. I have two indoor pets and they were great, their treatment is pet-frequently. He did spray the yard and I had to wait about an hour to let them out.
OVERALL highly recommend!

I've used Bugco for the 3 years and have NO complaints, ever. They are SO NICE, very flexible, knowledgable and affordable. I have to give a shout out to Charlie though who takes his time and tends to every crevice, which is important. He's also a pet lover and puts up with my pit who wants to play with him every time he comes and he'll take an extra minute to rolls a trash can in! Just a really really kind guy who is a great rep for the company. Anyway, great experience with the company even after it was bought out and would highly recommend.

Bugco literally saved me thousands of dollars by avoiding tent fumigation all the other companies were trying to recommend. They were on time, professional and delivered as promised. I was very pleased they were able to work with my short time frame, preventing my closing from being pushed back! I will be using them again on all my projects and will be telling other investors about them as well.

Paid for a whole year (4 visits) and they only came three times. Never call you to schedule your next appointment. Only received a postcard reminder once. Bugco only sprays the inside and the outside of the house, not the yard, trees or plants. Anyhow I found another pest control that cost me $99 a visit and they treat the inside of the house, attic, place traps in my garage, spray the outside of the house plus the entire yard, front and back, trees and plants when needed. Bugco was a waste of money and time.

Can't say enough great things about BugCo! They try to come out the same day and their 90-warranty is honored with timeliness and respect. Best of all, they use mostly (if not all) natural and safe, but effective control methods for pests. I'm very satisfied with the service and both Andrew and Joseph were informative and efficient.

No gimmicks here! They've really personalized the service our home requires seasonally. From wasps and fire ants to ticks, springtails and everything in between (though the neighborhood cicada killer has escaped their hand, I'm confident that is only because the prehistoric nightmare has burrowed itself into someone else's yard that doesn't use BugCo, and should)!
